whenever i log on this site and save my password then go toa nother site and come back its like i never signed in . and why i try to log it it logs be in the it says please log it again !

Make sure you have cookies enabled.
You might also need to delete all your existing cookies to make sure that you don't have any corrupted cookies. (NOTE: If you delete all your cookies, you will be logged out of everything. You might want to try checking that you have cookies enabled first since that alone might solve the problem)

To clear cookies:
Tools > Internet Options > Delete Cookies

Tools > Internet Options > Privacy > Make sure the settings is Medium (you can have it lower if you want but I do not recommend that for security reasons).
Alternatively, to allow cookies from this site without lowering your privacy setting, click on the "Sites" button, type advicenators.com in the box and click "Allow".
If you're using Mozilla / Firefox:
To clear cookies:
Tools > Options > Privacy > Clear (the one next to "Cookies")
To allow cookies:
Tools > Options > Privacy > Check the box next to "Allow sites to set cookies".
