May be not a nap, but just try to relax. You might not be sick at the moment, but if you don't get some rest now you are likely to be sick soon.
If you're still reading this, how much sleep do you normally get? If you don't get enough sleep for a long time, it can make you really tired because of the long term sleep debt. There isn't really much you can do besides go to bed earlier. Unfortunately, this might mean sacrificing some of your free time to get you work done earlier so you can go to bed earlier.
If you have trouble falling asleep, avoid caffeine, especially during the afternoon and evening. If this persists for a long time, you might want to see a doctor to make sure nothing is wrong. I wouldn't recommend over-the-counter sleeping medicine because you can become dependent on it. [ The_MoUsY_spell_checker's advice column | Ask The_MoUsY_spell_checker A Question ]

It can also be that while you were sleeping you were tossing and turning. Just try sleeping earlier, relaxing during the day(spa or bath), and get some ocean breeze music that makes you go to sleep, or aromatherapy, also lay off on the coffe. Hope i helped!
