i've been wanting to change my pictures around online. changing them to black and white. white and brown. making them look like cartoons,etc. i've looked for a free photo-shop type thing. but i haven't found any. if you have any suggestions or websites, please tell me.

I would recommend the GIMP. It has most of the functions that Photoshop has, and it has stuff that Photoshop doesn't have too. If you want to colour your photos, the GIMP would definitely work. It's free and available for most operating systems.

most computers come with a cheap (not so great, i dont mean inexpensive, it's a free trial version) adobe photoshop that can do all of that stuff....
