My boyfrined wants me to have sex with him for his birthday. He says he wants it a little early but if I could wait he could too, his birthday is in January. Should I have sex with him and I am just 13?

If you're just 13, I would say that you should not have sex. How old is your boyfriend? If he's older than you, he could get in serious trouble if you get caught because it's illegal to have sex with anyone under 16 (it might be different at where you live, but in most places the age of consent is around 14 - 18, 16 in many places). If he's younger than you, you'll be the one in trouble if you get caught.
Also, if you need to ask whether you should do it or not, chances are that you aren't ready for it. Hopefully, your boyfriend will understand if you say no.
