ok here are most of the bands i listen to: the offspring,green day,sum 41,blink 182,all american rejects,the used,korn,hawthorne heights,nickelback,my chemical romance,red hot chili peppers,avenged sevenfold,nirvana,three doors down,system of a down,from first to last,bowling for soup,linkin park, taking back sunday,and rise against. mostly i like punk rock like the offspring and sum 41 so i was wondering if anyone knew any punk rock bands? and anyone know good emo rock bands like the used? im into that stuff :D. and any other good rock bands like my chemical romance etc.? i listen to the radio but i dont really find it quite helpful >. thats fine! a lot of girls don't know, or dont know how to wash down there.
under running water in the shower, just clean between your lips and to the sides. this removes discharge and any funky smells. if you have your period, just be gentle and clean really well (you might even want to go "in" to clean better, but do this before you get any soap involved)

alright so i gave my friend my myspace password. i dont go on it all that much anyways so i didnt care if she was on it or whatever. but i go on it today and read my sent messages and she has been messaging people left and right and flirting with them! its fucking ridiculous! like okay, i'm not really mad at my friend because she is just a sardonic bitch all the time and thinks shit like that is funny. i get it. i would think it was funny too. im more concerned with dealing with all these people later. what?? do i confront them? its so embarassing omg. :( (link)

alsooo, if they like go to your school and look at you weird - just message them back being like "sorry ____ went on my myspace." she totally deserves it after doing thattt.
well, just don't worry about it too much.
if youre REALLY upset, just let her know that it totally wasn't cool of her to do that, and youre not really all that happy with her.

hey
okay, this is what you do.
with damp hair, don't even partially towel dry it. make it close to dripping wet. (but not literally), spray "frizzease dream curls curl perfector" in it. it's MADE for scrunching.
spray a few times and flip your head over. start scrunching! put the palm of your hand at the ends of your hair and just make a wave upward. or, just finger curl it. (without being upside down, that is)
let it airdry. (i dont suggest going to bed with wet hair cause it'll turn out REALLY curly ESP if you have naturally curly hair. i have naturally straight hair and it looked reallyyy curly)
or, if you can't let it airdry, just blowdry it on "low" with a diffuser but i dont suggest this cause it gets friiizzzzyyy
in the morning, just put it in a "pouf" (clip a part of your hair back in the front of your head so you dont look like a zombie)
this stuff is the best product out there for scrunching because it doesn't make your hair "hard" or "crispy" and even if you brush through it like, fifty times, the curls won't come out cause this product brings out your natural curl pattern.
on the bottle, it even gives you tips for morning touch - ups :]
i also suggestttt- after it airdries (if you do it like as soon as you get back from school and hop in the shower), just use a curling iron and curl it a little. it looks sooo natural!

okay, magazines and tv influence anorexia and bulimia in lots of ways. everyday, girls look at images and videos of women they admire and look up to and see how unbelievablly skinny they are. because these women and celebrities are many girls' role models, they follow their lead. therefore, they end up becoming so obsessed with looking like their role model that they become anorexic or bulimic.
too big, to me, is when youre so "fat" that when an aerial view of you is produced, your stomach sticks out farther than your breasts. it's also when your bmi is wayy too high. too small / skinny is when i can see your bones. healthy is when your breasts and butt are pretty much equal size (okay okay your butt can be a little bigger =P) and you have an almost flat stomach. healthy is also when you stand with your feet parallel to your arms and your inner thighs can barely or very close to touching.
that's just my opinion - i hope i helped :]

for about a month i think, my nipples and ariolas have been really itchy! and on my left ariola its gotten a bit dry. kind of like scabby? am i the only one?! has anyone went through this before. and ive tried lotion, but it goes back to being dry and itchy! (link)

don't worry - it's totally normal.
it's a GOOD thing - it means your boobs are growing! they'll go back to being normal in a few days.
also - just put lotion on your entire breats (not just on the nipple).
if it doesn't stop being itchy within like, a week, i'd go to the doctor to have it checked out.
but it's totally normal - unless your bra is causing irritaion. before you go to bed, don't wear a bra to sleep. and make sure you change and wash your bras EVERYDAY to keep irritation out of the question., just give it some time

I would say not to eat anything salty. You can gargle water with salt mixed into it though to calm your throat. Also, try to find anything cool to eat, maybe icecream in the meantime.
A nice cup of cold water also does the trick!

I'm not planning on having sex the first time for a couple years or so atleast but I'm afraid I will end up regretting it later on. I'm just curious about the average age girls lose their virginity.

1. I lost my virginity when I was at the age of 16, about to turn 17 the next month.
2. I don't regret it because I cared alot about the person I was doing that with and he made me feel comfortable about it. Yeah it kind of is uncomfortable but after you do it more then it starts to be totally worth it in my opinion. To some girls it is a hassle but to others it is one of the biggest joys out there.
3. I say to do it at an age where YOU are ready. don't do it to get your partner out of your hair about it. It should be a special connection between two people and if you think that about your relationship you can whenever you want.

It all really depends on the guy.

I am divorced. We have 3 kids together ages 10,9,7... my son is the 7 year old. He comes home upset from visiting his father every time.He has been living with this boy who is 6 for a year, His mother has 5 kids by 4 different fathers and 2 are serving life in prison. one is (the boys) father. He is going to marry the boys mom in july and adopt him. This would be fine if he was a fit father but he is not.She is also a convicted felon.who only has custody of 1 of her 5 children. I am a suburban mom who makes a pretty good living, and gives my kids a good life, by the way he has also been convicted of domestic violence on our daughter. Should I keep my kids out of their home?? Its becomeing ever so bizarre.My son comes home cryin g because this new kid call his dad daddy, he feels like he has been replaced. His girlfriend told my son something about a month ago that set me off, they were spending the weekend with dad and girlfriend and my son asked when he was gonna see mommy and the crazy girl told him "mommy is dead i killed her", my girls said this was said..she has threatened to kill me through relatives, she is not all there. Firstly, try and talk things out with him. Dont be aggresive and dont be defensive either. Tell daddy the facts. What you think is wrong and how things could get better if he changed a little bit and did not allow certain things to happen. You dont have to give him many chances. You cant be talking about it for ever. If it doesn t work out the first time go for it. Ask for sole custody.

i h8 braces.i've had them for 3 years:( but it waas like 3-4 weeks b4 i got used to them,eat soft foods that you dont really have to chew because when you do (the first week or so) it hurts soooo bad(atleast for me it did,i have really sensitive teeth lol)
