It all really depends on the guy.
Usually giving them teasing looks almost like you are about to just jump on him and go at it are usually ways to get them in the mood.
Also, kissing can play a major part in that as well.
You can start by kissing his neck then trail to his lips or his chest. By doing that, they are more sensual and erotic.
The usual putting your hand on his thigh thing might work depending on who it is.
Sometimes they get too excited right away and get taken back by it, but they could also enjoy the little surprise as well.
