how do you change the decimal 325.5 into a fraction?

and how do you change 88 and 1/2% into a decimal and fraction?

325.5 is the same as 325.5/1, so you can simplify it from there :) and 88 1/2% is the same as .885, so .885 is the decimal and to get that into fraction form you do 885/1000 and then simplify.

or 3255/10 if you use a top-heavy fraction. i do not understand what you are asking.

but 88.5% as a decimal - divide by 100 so it is 0.885
and as a fraction 885/1000 which is equal to 177/200

hey

325.5
- improper fraction: 651/2 [ reduced ]
- mixed number: 325 1/2

88.5%
- decimal: (move the decimal over two spaces and remove the percent [ % ] sign) .885
- fraction: 177/200 [ reduced ]
