Well you don't marry him thats for sure!
If you want to stay friends just tell him that you don't know him well enough to even think of marrying him.
If you are really scared, then don't talk to him again. Go in and change your screen name or whatever it takes for you to just disappear. :)

sooo this is the same person that asked about the improv show and quitting. I understand what you mean and I wouldn't be the first to make the show look like a joke. I think I would just tell them you don't have time to give it your all. You don't really need to give them a big explanation or anything.
Don't mention the fact that you've had a drink. That's really none of their business when it come right down to it.
You could always tell them you want more time to spend on homework...that would sound good!

At my high school, we have this improv show (you make it up as you go...) that does skits to teach grade school kids how to say no & not do drugs/alcohol/sex. Well, at the beginning of the year, we signed a contract stating we wouldn't do the following things, etc, and they never really gave us a chance to read it over. The thing is, I tried out & made it (this was in September), the practices are on fridays after school (I have a life...I skip a lot), its an incovenience for transportation, no one wants us to perform for them and I drank recently. [responsibly, of course]. I know the obvious thing to do would be to quit but the president of this club is my ex best friend's older sister...she would turn me in if she even suspected I was drinking. My english teacher is the moderator. So I don't know if I should stick with it to make me look like I'm a good child or quit and have people wonder why I did. I don't know what say when I do, etc. Can someone help me out? please & thanks! (link)

When you really want to do something like this for other people, you make time to get your message heard.
If you don't want to make time or stick with the rules, you aren't helping anyone. Not to mention if you get caught drinking you make the whole group look like a joke.
My advice is if you intend to drink in the future you drop out of the group so they can keep it honest.
This isn't meant to sound mean.
If you get caught drinking and you aren't a memeber...you've just be caught. If you get caught and you are a member...you have a group of very angry people you have to face everyday. :)

You should be seeing the little faces. If you don't see them then you may want to send an email to Dangernerd and see if there is a problem.
To rate a question, you simply click on the smiley face you want to rate it with. It will not say "Rate this question" you just use the smileys.
It will tell you that you rated it AFTER you click the smiley.
The frowning one is a one. The middle one is a 2 and the smiling one is a three.
Read the FAQ so you know how you should rate the questions. It has some very good guidelines to go by. :)

I know everybody sees this question 5000 times a day but, I'm not sure if I'm reading her right. This girl, let's say "Hermione Granger", and I have been out a couple of times and I really like her. But Hermione always seems to break dates. She says she feels bad about it, but does it anyway. When I asked her if she'd like to go out with me, she said she would, but she would be usually busy the night I asked and I see very little of Hermione anymore. She acted like she liked me, but girls never say what they mean. I say actions speak louder than words, but I wanted y'all's opinion:What should I do here? No it isn't.
Gatorade (and the other "sports" drinks) is made to replace electrolytes lost when you sweat a lot.
So, for everyday, unless you are really doing a hard workout or are sweating a lot for any reason, water is the thing you want to be drinking. :)

OK this might sound nasty but i need help. Ok listen im really worried. OK im 15, I've had sex before right, and i had sex 7 times and 3 outta those times i didn't use protection. I haven't had sex w/ out a condom since the summer. So Like last month i started to notice this wierd smell down there.. it don't smell nasty like fish or anything..but i don't know what it is and i can smell it a lot.. Interactive game. 2 words. Kinda like CSI or L&O style, only 'I' am the person who hunts down a killer thru forensics, does the cop work AND I am the killer..as well. Kid described it as playing all multiple roles at the same time, basically to 'just catch up with myself', & not getting caught.??
make sense ?? yea..not to me either, but mister & I are buffs of this kind of stuff, & would like to surprise him for x-day.

Give her the day off.
Do what you can around the house and just have her sit in her favorite spot and drink her favorite drink with her feet up. Wait on her all day long.
Any mom would love a mini vacation day. If you are unable to do it on her birthday (school or she works all day), then write he a nice IOU and do it on one of her days off.
That and the watch...she will love it. Make her feel special! :)

my older brother who is a senior has a good friend. i am a freshman, and recently me and my brothers friend have gotten very close. we began to like eachothe, and soon wanted to take things further. i told my brother who was ok with it, and my parents. he told a few close friends. we think a good way to break it to others is to go to this school semi formal together. (freshman-senior..is that strange to you?) anyway, we're planning to go. but he is very afraid of reactions, people thinking he is a creep, etc. anyway, do you have any advice? if so, please let me know. i could use as much as possible. thank you very much. So long as you both want to be together there is nothing wrong with your dating each other.
Your parents haven't a problem with it. What anyone else thinks isn't important.
Go to the dance, hang out at school...don't let other peoples opinion ruin it for you. :)

Well, it kind of depends on the situation.
If you were responsible for the brother then yes, you would share in the blame. Because you were in charge of seeing that he stayed out of trouble.
Notice I said share. He shouldn't get away without getting grounded as well.
On the other hand, if you were not babysitting or in charge of things, then no...you shouldn't be in trouble for anything he did.

There's a guy at my college whom I know and like really well. We have a lot in common (read the same kind of books, etc) and can have long conversations. Problem, though: he deals in chemicals of the illicit kind. And not just on the side -- he does it for a living. I don't have any moral problems with drugs, though I don't use them myself and none of my friends do -- not even the drug dealer, he just sells them. It's just that I'm afraid I will have a taint by association problem. In fact, I sort of already have -- the campus housing people searched my room for drugs once, simply because he had been in it. (They found nothing of course, since I use nothing. He thought it was very amusing, but I was annoyed.) Is it worth it to stay friends with the dude, since I like him so much, or should I cool off? You can be friends with whoever you want to be friends with.
However, you need to be aware that if he does a deal...and you happened to be with him...you go to jail too.
Guilt by association is a big deal. If you live in a small town it can keep you from getting a job, people won't trust you...any number of things that will follow you.
Cops will bust down your door, rip your car to shreds (and not bother to repair the damage I might add) and follow your every move.
I know someone this happened to. So, while who you are friends with doesn't matter to you, your reputation could suffer a mighty blow. So just be aware of this.
The fact your friend finds it all amusing doesn't say much good about him in my eyes. Would you not be concerned if this happened to one of your friends because of something you did?

There are hundreds of medical web sites out there.
If its a specific disease you're looking for...say STD's you can check symptoms at www.coolnurse.com
The only real problem with the medical sites is that a lot of diseases and illnesses have the same symptoms.
A person with a cold can get to looking and turn that cold into lung cancer if they look hard enough!
So, the best thing to do is for your friend to see a doctor, or go to a clinic or health department. Because unless you know what you are looking at, you could end up getting more scared by what you might read.

My boyfriend has popped the Question and I said yes, and we're trying to decide on a ring. Neither of us care for diamonds. I've heard of non-diamond engagement rings but they seem to always be "precious" stones, that is, ruby, emerald or sapphire. My favorite stone is the amethyst, which is considered only "semi-precious" but I just love that purple color, and it can come in huge sizes. Would a semi-precious stone like an amethyst be considered appropriate for an engagement ring? Also, if I were to get an amethyst, or any non-diamond stone for that matter, what do I tell nosy people who ask why I didn't get a diamond? (link)

You tell them you got the amethyst because it is you favorite stone.
I don't think there are any rules (not by any "real people" anyway, perhaps diamond jewelers) about what type of stone is or isn't appropriate for an engagement ring. Get what you like to look at!
