"...a guy you don't know..." you've never seen him "...internet relationship..." and you're not that great of friends "...tnot even that close..." - Girl, he's just wild and crazy and probably horny. Well you don't marry him thats for sure!
If you want to stay friends just tell him that you don't know him well enough to even think of marrying him.
