There are STD-testing kits you can buy at some stores, but they're pretty expensive and sometimes not reliable. Your best bet is to find a doctor that will keep the situation confidential or look up a local planned parenthood chapter. good luck!

i`m not exactly sure what the signs are. but i`m sure there are different signs for different types of diseases. if the female is unsure of her having a sexually transmitted disease. she should def go to the doctor && have it checked out. because some can like spread or get worse or even effect your body very badly if it goes untreated.* sorry i couldn`t be specific.

Females usually don`t have symptoms of a disease.. And usuallt by time she does its to late to cure or its pretty bad by then.. So to find out she would need to go to the doctor so if any female is curious of having something then going to the doctor is the best bet.. ♥ Dez ]
There are hundreds of medical web sites out there.
If its a specific disease you're looking for...say STD's you can check symptoms at www.coolnurse.com
The only real problem with the medical sites is that a lot of diseases and illnesses have the same symptoms.
A person with a cold can get to looking and turn that cold into lung cancer if they look hard enough!
So, the best thing to do is for your friend to see a doctor, or go to a clinic or health department. Because unless you know what you are looking at, you could end up getting more scared by what you might read.

One of the obvious symptoms is constant irritation. That's my only knowledge of it. But it can only be determined by a doctor. ]
There's really no way to tell for sure, unless you have a bunch of sores oozing with puss around there or something, in which case you'd REALLY have to go to a doctor. If you think you might have something, I'm afraid your only choice is to go to a Planned Parenthood/gynecologist/doctor to find out. ]
