My boyfriend and I went on a daytrip the other day. It was a state thing so there was a lot of peolpe there. We were all in the parking lot ready to board this bus. We got talking to an older couple(60's-70's because they had gone the previous year. We talked about the cruise and where we went to school. We told him that we go to a catholic school. Should you take hot baths when you are in your first trimester of pregnant

You can take baths at any time during your pregnancy. Hot one's thou, I would imagine a reasonable degree of hot would be fine, but not water so hot it turns your skin bright red. (just for a safety precaution) Of course, I'm not a doctor so only he could tell you 100% either way. I wouldn't imagine taking hot baths would harm your baby in any way thou. I know bath's are very comforting to pregnant women as you have back pain and pain from places you didn't even know you had lol and of course, hot relaxes it away, which is good for the mother. They say a child can sense when the mother is hurting, sad, happy and what~not. So a happy mom makes a happy baby, So scrub-a-dub-dub away!

I think you already know what to do, you just want someone to justify your actions for it. Stop talking to her and just let her go. She is not any friend I would want to have. What is the maximum time limit to be in the tanning beds? If i go tanning for 15 minutes every day, how long will it take for me to get bronzed? (my skin is pale) When you get the spray on tan, do the people spray you or does a machine do it??

Everywhere I've been the lay~down beds have a maxium time of 20 minutes and the stand up beds time limits is 12 minutes. You will need to use some kind of lotion to help you get tanner faster & hydrate your skin. If your a first time "tanner" then you'll want to do about 10 minutes a day for a few days so you don't get "sun~burnt". It took me 2 weeks of tanning and I was really dark and naturally I'm a pale complexion. The spray tans from what I'm told cost about $70.00 and last a maxium of 1-2 months. You get naked and stand in a small room and a fine mist comes out and coats your body.

I recently decided to try Veet hair removal cream and it worked great.

So I decided to use it on my pubic area and as I was reading the rest of the directions and all of the extra stuff, it said not to use it on that area. So I washed it off as fast as I could and it removed a lot of the hair anyway. So my question is why can't you use it in your pubic area? Because I'd be a lot ore comfortable using it instead of a razor. So can anyone tell me if they are being paranoid or if it can really cause issues?

They say not to use it there because it can irritate those most sensitive parts. (kinda like razor bumps) So if the label didn't say nothing about using it there or not, and you did and got a little irritated then you wouldn't buy there product anymore which is not good for the company. Any shampoo/conditioner or hair cream will not make your spli~ends miracously go away. Even thou alot of people don't realize it, nippin them split ends is very important. Hair does grow from the root but if at the bottom you got split ends and don't trim them then they'll just get more damaged making the split go higher up into your hair isentially making it appear as if your hair isn't even growing. Use a treatment for split ends, a leave-in conditioner with a light hold, or a pomade just on the tips - all these can help to TEMPORARILY seal the splits. Garnier Fructis' split end serum is what your talking about.

Many different women will give you different responses on your question. When the bills comes to the table don't just pick it up that very second. That makes it look like your in a hurry to high~tail it outta' there! I would wait a bit and see if he makes a move for it. If you've sat there a reasonable amount of time after your done eating and he doesnt make a move to grab the bill, then you can. If he lets you pay for it without even offering, that would be the end of my dating history with him! Good luck I know this is the most akward part of a 1st time dinner date!

Okay, so yesterday I saw one of my friends do something I've heard about for a long time, but never actually seen...lie. Yes, he lied. And it was pretty obvious, and also..pretty scary. You see, pretty much ALL YEAR I've heard one of my tightest friends talk about how he's changed, and lies, and so on..and ofcourse I belived her, but I guess it never really sunk in. Because when I actually experienced it for the first time (him lying straight to my face) it freaked me out. I was sp sworried for him, I wanted to cry. I was about to, but didn't. It hurts to see someone I've looked up to for such a long time lie. They're BIG lies too. And he should know that we can't possibly belive all this, it's crazy. And we basically have prrof that he's lying, but confronting him wont work, it's been tried already. And it didn't help, if anything..it made things worse, he had to lie even more to excuse his lies, and it was just..really bad. He was basically shaking when we were questioning, it's like he doesn't WANT to lie. But he still does it for some reason. I cant think of a reason WHY though, attention? I'm just really confused, you know. I really can't talk to him about this, and my friends have already tried. So what do I do? Just ignore it? Or stop ebing his friend? Tlak to his family about it? His other friends? Pleease help me, because I want to be able to help my friends (it's making them feel EVEN WORSE)

blue/grey eyes
lightly tanned skin
dark brown hair

Eyes are a girl's best feature when she's got the makeup on em' lookin good. To achieve some smokin' eyes follow these tips.

There are 3 colors in this pack. 1st shade=lightest color. 2nd shade=medium color
3rd shade=darkest color. First, apply the 2nd shade to the bottom, then fade out the 3rd shade going higher up on the eye and finish with 1st shade. Next step is eyeliner. Pick CHARCOL CARBON from CoverGirl. Taking your two fingers (of the non-dominant hand) gently pull back your top eyelid so that your lash line is straight. (This makes it easier to make a straight continuous line). Then, take your dominant hand (this hand should hold the eyeliner pencil) and gently make a soft line very as close as you can to your lash line. Open that eye and see how it looks. If it turns out a little crooked, just wash it off and try again. Practice makes perfect! Repeat to the other top eyelid. Then finish with mascara which is ALWAYS a must have!

how long can you go without eating before you pass out?

My skin is really oily and i get a lot of zits on my forehead an nose. i can't get it to go away. i use shine free makeup but it's just not cutting it. it still get's oily. i was my face everyday. is there anything i can use so my face isn't as oily and my zits will go away? Please don't say proactive or clearisal ultra or w/e i really don't have to money to buy that stuff.

Okay so I'm pretty thin; 5'4 and 110 lbs. I really don't like fat, at all on girls. I think girls should be thin and wear a pants size no bigger than a 3 or 5. Five is pushing it.


All my friends are thin and have nice figures as well, like me but I have a few that don't. I mean, they aren't huge but they wear like a 5 in Abercrombie pants. And those of you that shop there know that their sizes run bigger. When I see them in like a bikini (we're always at my house laying out and stuff) I want to throw up.


I don't know why I feel this way and I feel extremely bad sometimes because in my head, I want them to loose weight.


Now, I assure you that I have never said anything along those lines to them and I NEVEERR would, ever. I know I have some sort of problem with weight so I know better than so say something to them.

Acutually, there re-pulsed by them because they lack the most important feature of being a woman....CURVES. There are many girls that have anorexia and are bulimic because people like you put it in there head that there not beatiful unless they are a size 3. Start watching more commercials. I had an average rating of 4.97 yesterday. Someone had posted a question where they asked for people's opinions on a situation that had arisen with a family member. A 'do you think this is right?' type question. I posted my answer, along the lines of "depending on age/etc, perhaps you could speak to their parents about this."

I understand people can rate you however they wish but I got a 2 for it! I admit I object to this anyway but the question has since been deleted and I'm just wondering why ratings stand on deleted questions. Because of this person's unfair rating, I've dropped in one moment from 4.97 to 4.93.

In general, I am wondering if it would make sense to null and void ratings you receive for questions that have been deleted?

In a way I do understand where you are coming from but then again, this also makes sense, if your going to null/void the raitings from deleted questions then this wouldnt help you to much as when someone that gave you a 5 deleted there question then your raiting would go back down again as if that 5 they gave you never existed. Thus making the rate my advice pretty useless.

I'm confused. There are all these different terms for various body types: pear shape, hourglass, apple shape... I don't know what type I am! Explanations on the internet are often vague -- do these generalisations apply to all women? I'm not sure where I fit in.

You sound like a pear shape. Just imagine a apple, it's big all the way around so that wouldnt be you. A hour glass, big at the top super thin in the middle and big again at the bottom again, that wouldnt be you as you said your chest is in porportion to your body and u has just a bit of a belly. A pear is average/ at the top, slimd down in the middle and is a bit bigger at the end, as you said large things and a rump~shaker. ok so there ya go...

ok well i have a friend and she is really sweet. But i recently found out she had been cutting her wrists, so i told one of my teachers and she reported it to the office as an annonimous report. So she got called down to the office today to be talked to and well lets just say she was really upset. Shes not aloud back at school untill she goes to a shrink atleast 6times! Wow I almost feel compelled to ask you what school you go to. A few days ago my 12 year old sister's friend went and talked to a teacher and told them that my sister had been cutting her self. We never even knew that she was depressed. She now has to go see a therapist. I'm so thankful that my sister's friend told someone. Now we know and can take the appropiate steps to begin to help her. You did the right thing and I want to give you major props for being such a good friend. I understand why you may not want your friend to know that your the one that spilled the beans, just let her be the one to bring up this topic first and instead of doing alot of talking about it, you just sit back and be the listener. Is there such a thing as a battery powered straightener? I ask because it is normally hot in my first class at school and when its hot..of course..i sweat..and my hair goes balistic on me..especially after the first time i straighten it. So i was wondering if there is such a thing or if there is like a mini straightener or something...if not then does anyone know of anything that will help me? thanks

Oh wow we have something in common. I'm the straightner queen lol j/k. I don't think they have a battery powered straightner, at least I've never seen one. I've had a battery powered curling iron b4 and it sucked, didn't get hot off to even make a curl or do nothing for that matter so I wouldnt imgane that even if there was one, that it would get hot enough to help us. I have a solution for your problem, I can straighten mine now and it doesn't frizz back up at all anymore. Go to your Wal~Mart and in the shampoo/hair care isle pick you up a bottle of STRAIGHTEN OUT It's by FX Special Effects. It'll come in a cool lookin pink bottle and cost ya $5 buckies it's a miracle worker just follow the instructions on the back but basically after you get out the shower put it in your hair and then blowdry then straighten it and put the stuff in there again to lock the straight hair in place. It does NOT make your hair oily so don't worry about that.
