Bella'sAdvice answered Sunday May 7 2006, 3:23 pm: Alright dont do this to yourself beacuse i was the sme way just eat healthy if you wanna loose weight because the longer you wait to eat it's gonna be double time for you to recover from what you did to your self please dont do it to yourslef i know wyou don't want to die early and destroy your and everytime you move or something tap your body it pains so bad it feel like some one is trying to brake you in half just trust me and try to fix that problem before it's to late in the hospitalwith tubes in your body and im trying to help you the same way my mother help me and it's not worth it just take your time and eat healthy and excercise 4 times a week and you'll see the best results with in 2 to 3 week believe in me please listen to someone who experienced a year worth of recovering ps good luck. Even after a day without eating, your body starts to shut down because it doesn't have the nutrients or energy you need to survive. My friend DIED of being anorexic. She didn't eat, so her body became weak and tired and her mom found her dead in her bed when she was only 18!!! Don't go anorexic. It's really really dumb. If you are and go to that website that should scare you back into eating right! Not only does it completly destroy your insides but *if* your doing it for a better body, know this... It makes your hair feel like broom straw, severly dark circles around your eyes, nasty looking brittle nails, dark flaky skin & easy bruising. Doesn't sound to attractive lookin' does it? xLiisten2urheart answered Saturday May 6 2006, 10:23 pm: I really don't know but i would not try that. You won't get skinny you'll just loose tons of nutrients in your body and you will be very slow. you will get skinny but i bet you won't like it.
Just make sure you eat a healthy diet and that's all you really need to do. and run each day or walk you can just do cardio work outs...you might think of joining a gym near you. But don't "NOT EAT" it's not healthy and it's not a good idea.

Note that is not safe, and it is not an effective method of dieting. Your body will consume its own muscles for energy, your metabolism will be altered, and there will be other problems.
Basically your body will find stuff e.g. muscle to survive off for a while. Then after eating EVERYTHING possible you will start to derteriorate...LITERALLY
Not eating is bad and will cause serious damage to your system and it will eventually stop working.
