ok well i was wondering if the workouts in the seventeen magizne actually work because i dont want to waste my time doing it and then it doesnt work lol but if they dont work is there any workouts on the internet u could tell me about?? well thankzz i will rate 5

(That's the only one i really got into doing) So yeah, I think it works if you do the same number of reps and eat right. some of them aren't enough for some people... if you play a sport and are used to an hour of whatever instead of 10 minutes like in the workout, you might have to add on to it for it to really work for you personally. <3 [ LoveNJstyle's advice column | Ask LoveNJstyle A Question ]

But you can't just exercise. you have to eat right too. and like i say to everyone just eat healthy, walk everyday or run, and do cardio workouts like crunches or walking on a tredmil <- i think that's how you spell it. and even riding a bike around a flat park. just something to get your heart pumping!
