The Seventeen Magazine workouts do work. I use this one from a really old issue called "Your Ab Workout" and I've been using it for about two years now. When I read the new magazines I find more and more but I still stick with the old one because I've memorized it. All of the routines are by the same person so I'm pretty sure all of them work as well as the one I use. You can usually feel the different the next morning!

There was one for abs and legs in an issue like a year and a half ago that really worked for me. (That's the only one i really got into doing) So yeah, I think it works if you do the same number of reps and eat right. some of them aren't enough for some people... if you play a sport and are used to an hour of whatever instead of 10 minutes like in the workout, you might have to add on to it for it to really work for you personally. <3

Well i really dont' know. But you can't just exercise. you have to eat right too. and like i say to everyone just eat healthy, walk everyday or run, and do cardio workouts like crunches or walking on a tredmil <- i think that's how you spell it. and even riding a bike around a flat park. just something to get your heart pumping!

Good Luck!

To be honest, they are workouts yes, but with workouts you need to eat healthy too.
So I'm sure they do, but you need to remember to eat right as well.
