look, it all depends on how much blood there was. if it was totally filled up with blood, it's unsanitary. it could also be unhealthy because of all that bacteria touching your vajj.
if you kept it on for 2-3 days and it was PRACTICALLY white (maybe your period just ended and you kept it on just to make sure), then no. it's fine.
it doesn't matter how long you keep a pad on because it all depends on how much blood flow there was. like you can have a pad on for two weeks without your period and nothing will happen but if you have a seriously heavy flow & kept it on for two days, that could lead to some issues.
IF you had a very heavy / medium flow & kept it on for 2-3 days, it's not a big deal, just make sure you really clean all around your vajj. area including inside of you. then you should be okay.

I dont know which religion to go with. I dont like christianity because alot of the people around here are fake and they just pretend like they are really good. I know some of you arent going to like me for saying that, but whatever. I dont believe in god. I mean, I believe that there was a man named Jesus and he was a great guy and everything, he helped the poor, and all that. But I dont believe he was sent down from god and all that magical stuff. I just think that the best thing is to love one another and be nice and kind and tolerant. I dont believe in heaven or hell, they were both made up to scare people. And i dont understand why people say god is so forgiving, he will forgive you of your sins and whatever, but then everyone says that bad people are sent to hell. Why doesn't god forgive them?!?! So those I believe were just made up to scare people, "you wont get into heaven if you do this, youll go to hell if you do that." So basically does anyone know of a religion or faith? I just want one that is tolerant of all other religions and one that focuses more on the future than on the past. Supports the wellness of the world and its people and one thats not based all on money. Preferrably one thats liberal, democratic. Hmph. I hate to answer this question. I've been trying to keep high ratings, but I'll have to just face it for this one. Lemme just say, how do you think we got here? If there's no God, then how do our bodies work? I believe: God's real. I know that it's doubtful and hard to believe, but it's FAITH. God designed us to have faith, but others stray and don't believe. So, when time comes for you to go to Heaven or Hell... you're gonna wanna go to Heaven. All it takes is faith. Yes, I understand what you're saying about all of the fake Christians. That doesn't mean that you have to be like that. I don't even go to church. I just live off of my Bible. It's got all the answers. I don't believe in any other religions, and I don't like to talk about them. So I'm sorry that my answer isn't good enough for you, I'm just trying to serve the Lord.
And let me add. What you described, sounds perfect. And I'm an extreme doubter, and I would believe what you said. I mean, God. In the sky? What the... It's kind of, eh. But it's not all about religion- it's about faith. Just believe in something. Something realistic.

Pop in movie. Make some popcorn and chill. Read a book or even use the computer [if you can]. Write someone a note. I know its hard when your alone and have nothng to do. Hopefully that helps.

Okay, i just read 'ASHUMMS' answer. Well, you can get an std from oral sex too. You are young and need to be very careful on this. If you need more information about "sex", go to a family parenting clinc and they can give you all the info. Like i said your still young and if you really dont feel like your ready for this [ie; afriad of diseases and pregnancy]then i would suggest not to do it til you really understand the effects of sex. Masterbating is almost the best thing here.

ok so me and my friend went to a pool party. i wore a bikini and after we all changed back into our normal clothes, everyone started calling me rolls. i asked my friend why and she said she didnt know and she laughed. so i asked others and they said because i was fat, i had like 100 rolls, i had some jelly in my belly, and one girl even said it looks like i wasnt wearing a bikini because my rolls covered all of it. i dont think im fat, i mean when i sit or bend over i have this huge roll of fat that comes out but thats all. do you think maybe i am fat? I wouldnt say you were fat. Depending on your height and weight, people might think your fat. I dont know. I think if you feel its a problem i would just cut the junk out. Everyone seems to have that fat when you sit, because if you didnt you wouldnt be able to bend. Thats why we all have extra skin and fat. The fact that your friend wasnt being truthful or mean to you doesnt seem to be a very good friend. Hun, if you feel that you are fat, Go to a doctor and see. They can measure your weight and how much body fat you do have. Hopefully, things will work out for you in the end.

Yes. It wont burn alot of calories but walking is very good for you. You would be extermly surprised how much calories can burn from walking a mile or more.

Since your 5'6 and only 140lbs. This shouldnt be too hard. I would say slowly cut out all the soda and junk food. If you have it as a habit and you eat it everyday. Its alot harder to quick cold turkey then to cut your portions in half. Start to regualrly excerise. Eat more fruits. And cut the carbs early in the morning. Like breads. [IE; bagel instead of eggs.] Bagels are full of carbs and if you insist on eating breakfest, have a "real" breakfest. Orange juice, eggs...whatever. Basicly start eating heathier and maybe even work out for 30min everyday. Depending on where your weight is more. [ie; pear shape, hour shape, spoon shape] Work out that area the most. Like if you have alil belly. Running/Jogging works best for that area. Even to hola hoop for a hour knocks out a 8mile run. If you dont know excatly what type of exceriese to use. Go to google and search your body shape and the exrecieses best for you.

Ok so I got my ears peirced on April 13th and I know the lady said I should wait 4-6 weeks to take the earrings out but I can't waaaitttt. Lol. I want to try all these earrings, you know? I've cleaned them the first 2 weeks twice a day like I was supposed to and now I've had them for 3 weeks. So yeah.

yes. they will strengthen your inner thigh muscles as well as your buttocks. doing 100 a day will create muscle in those areas, and if you have love handle problems, reduce those as well.
if you are looking for weight loss, eat well & do 100 of those a day and you will notice a difference.
if you want to thin up your thighs & are not severely obese, i would stop cause what you are doing is creating muscle. if you are reasonably overweight, it could thin up, but also create muscle which could make them look bigger.

it seems to me that you like the flat, straight sorta different kind of hair style. do you blowdry your hair upside-down or right-side up? if you do it upside down, it will put a LOT more volume in your hair, and will bring out the layers better. do that, then straighten your hair. it looks great!
