inner legs i lay on my back with my feet up.. looking like an L shape. i bring my legs down to the sides as fas as i can then pull them together, like a v kind of. i do 25 of those and i can feel the pull in my inner thys right by my crotch. will this do me any good if i do 100 a day?

as many as you can... i think that would help. And if you want more affect, put those strapable weights on you ankles. ]
you should only do them every other day or every three days, if you don't you might rip the musule and then you'll be doing alot more harm then good ]

yes. they will strengthen your inner thigh muscles as well as your buttocks. doing 100 a day will create muscle in those areas, and if you have love handle problems, reduce those as well.
if you are looking for weight loss, eat well & do 100 of those a day and you will notice a difference.
if you want to thin up your thighs & are not severely obese, i would stop cause what you are doing is creating muscle. if you are reasonably overweight, it could thin up, but also create muscle which could make them look bigger. ]
