it's better for you to have a 2000meters walk everyday and avoid anything sweets or contains sugar, Animal fats like beacon, eat alot vegetables and colourfull fruits like banana, apple, grape, orange and anything contains fiber.
Diet, workout, swet, or keep your body moving!

Green tea is only able to regenerate your dead cells in your body, kills cancer cells, absorbs more oxygen, as a natural antibiotic. it's better to drink the fresh tea with hot water with a bit of lemon juice. so it is a bullshit that green tea is able to make you slim and burn your fat, that's why in japan(Asia), green tea known as an 'age extender' drugs when we consumeded regularly, it's ok with the teabag green tea!
orphans answered Saturday May 5 2007, 8:27 pm: Since your 5'6 and only 140lbs. This shouldnt be too hard. I would say slowly cut out all the soda and junk food. If you have it as a habit and you eat it everyday. Its alot harder to quick cold turkey then to cut your portions in half. Start to regualrly excerise. Eat more fruits. And cut the carbs early in the morning. Like breads. [IE; bagel instead of eggs.] Bagels are full of carbs and if you insist on eating breakfest, have a "real" breakfest. Orange juice, eggs...whatever. Basicly start eating heathier and maybe even work out for 30min everyday. Depending on where your weight is more. [ie; pear shape, hour shape, spoon shape] Work out that area the most. Like if you have alil belly. Running/Jogging works best for that area. Even to hola hoop for a hour knocks out a 8mile run. If you dont know excatly what type of exceriese to use. Go to google and search your body shape and the exrecieses best for you. [ orphans's advice column | Ask orphans A Question ]
