alright kitttys, im like 5'10 and i weigh 180ish is that over weight? i dont think i look so bad i like my legs but i NEEED to lose my love handles, i tryed doing side crunches and twists and shit but i never feel the burn on my sides no matter how many i do i just feel it on my tummy, which i also wanna tone a little but its not too bad. so can someone tell me some exersice that targets my sides and thats affective?! thank you! :]

Maybe you could try running or just doing any general exercises, because if you target that specific area, you might start to gain muscle there, and muscle weighs more than fat.

The fact that you're having feelings for someone outside of your relationship tells me you're unhappy where you are.

I like the idea of pros and cons about both guys.

If you find that the boy you're with has a lot of cons and the guy you like has a lot of pros, you should end your relationship.

If you find the guy you like has a lot of cons and the guy you're with has a lot of pros, then stay in it.

Really think about if you like this other guy, or if you're just searching for something more than what you have.

I've been dating the love of my life for about two years now, and am in my mid-twenties. I had this weird and awful feeling a couple days ago that he was hiding something from me. I went through his phone (truth be told, first time ever). And I found a text that he wrote to one of his friends: "Ashley's friend is sexy. I like her. Is she over 18?" I know he loves me and would never act on anything, but I feel so terrible. And I feel more terrible for going through his phone in the first place. Any advice would be more than appreciated!

I would tell your boyfriend about it.

Relationships are based on communication and trust. You didn't trust him, so you invaded his privacy, and while that is in the past and you can't change it, you should be truthful and tell him you went through his phone.

Ask him what the text meant? Honestly, it might be nothing, and maybe you two will be laughing it off after the conversation?

If you show that you're honest, maybe he'll tell you what the text meant.

Talk to him about it. If he doesn't want anything physical out of the relationship, then it's probably best if you part ways now.

If he says he needs time, then by all means, give him time. I know my first kiss didn't come for awhile because I was nervous and I wanted it to be perfect. I'm sure he feels the same.

Do not, by any means, pressure him into doing anything he's not comfortable with. It isn't up to you to decide how physical you get; it's up to BOTH of you.

She's mad because she thinks you're mad? Well maybe you're not mad, but you're definitely jealous.

Just because you like a guy doesn't mean that she can't date him. I mean, it may be common courtesy, but you need to be mature about this, and realize that being jealous and mad isn't going to do anything or solve problems.

Talk to your friend, as much as she won't listen to you, and tell her how you feel. Say something other than "I'm not mad," because we both know that's not the truth. Tell her how you feel.

She IS your best friend, and if you can't talk to her about things, then you probably aren't really best friends.

I'm 15 years old and I'm known as the good girl. I am sexually active though. I always start my period after 29 days and today is day 31. My boyfriend and I have had sex about 3 times since my last period but always with a condom and it never broke. Except for one time we were messing around and didn't use one for like 2 seconds but we couldn't get his penis in and it just rubbed on me for a little while. This was before we had sex so there was no sperm on his penis from a previous encounter. Next time you're going to have sex, be safe. Even if there wasn't sperm on his penis, there was pre-cum, I almost guarantee it, and that can cause pregnancy.

Your period is late by two days. That's really not something to worry about, but you are, so it's delaying your period even more. Stop worrying about it, and your period will come.

If it doesn't, well, then the chances that you're pregnant are high, and you should start maturely dealing with your situation.

I was watching TV last night and The Jacksons: An American Dream came on. So, there's a part where Michael Jackson is recording a song, and then stops and starts it over. I can't figure out the title, but I loved the sound of it. It's stuck in my head like crazy! my boyfriend and i have been together on and off for about a year. we are together now. he is 21 and i am 19. i know it doesnt seen like much difference but to him it does. he sees me in his future and i see him in mine. we love each other as well. the only problem is that we dont really have anything in common. that is a problem for him. he likes sports and i kinda dont know what i like! but i go to his games, watch sports with him as much as i can. he does things for me too. but he asked me yesterday, 3 years down the road and we are married what will we talk about? that is his concern, that we have nothing in common and we wont have anything to talk about...(one of his concerns) so i guess i just want to know if we arent right for each other or what. thank you.

If you're scared and unsure about about having sex, you shouldn't be having it until you are COMPLETELY ready.

As for him popping your cherry, you may have already done it. Sometimes girls' "cherries" are popped from falling off a bike, riding a horse, or a number of other things.

How do you act calm about bleeding? Well, just like that; act calm. Don't freak out. Maybe make a joke about how he popped your cherry? How do you clean it up? Try to get to a bathroom as quickly as possible, and just clean it up like you would if you started bleeding, I guess.

I agree with Laura below me. If you were REALLY in love with him, you'd have no doubt in your mind.

So, as for not knowing if you should love him, well, you don't have to worry about loving him right now, because you don't at this moment.

If you're afraid of commitment, and you don't want to get hurt, well, you're kind of over-reacting about nothing right now.

I guess if you feel like not loving him is hurting him, talk to him about it, and see what he feels about it. And, if you're feeling things won't work out, then end the relationship.

It's very unlikely that masturbating earlier in the day and getting some on his hands would get you pregnant, since he probably wiped it off and washed his hands.

As for the second question, pre-cum can get you pregnant. It contains a percentage of sperm, so it's possible.

As for now, stop worrying about getting your period because stressing about it can make it come later.

You don't need a boyfriend. Relationships are more trouble than they're worth, most of the time. Occasionally there are good relationships, but it's few and far between.
