im 15/f
and im going to a soccer camp this july for ten days, and my period is supposed to start the 2nd day that I'm there. And I was wondering what i could do to maybe miss that period or avoid it. I heard birth control does something like that, but I'm not 100% sure.

birth control consists of 3 weeks of pills, and then 7 days of sugar pills, which is when you get your period.
if you just skip the sugar pills, your period wont come

okay i do this have been doing this sport since i was 3 and my sister(who is older) has been also. Like i have gotten pretty far but i dont really like it anymore. sometimes its fun but other times its horrible. i want to do other things because im going to be in high school soon. i dont want to leave my friends in the sport. i dont know what to do. I think that you should do what YOU want to do, I was in your situation too (only without the older sister) It was a tough choice, especially when your friends are "pushing" you to go with their decision. In the end it is really up to you. Dont be affraid to say "I think I would rather play or do this" if they are true friends they would understand GoOd LuCk!!!

so heres my story. i had sex unprotected about a week and a day ago. it was the pull out method. soo i took the plan b pills. usually when i take them ill get my period exactly 7 days after. yeah that didnt happen this time. so about 2 days after i was suppose to get it from the pills i took a pregnancy test and it came up neg. last time i got my period was at the end of last month. so im due for it coming up. does anyone have any advice or relationship to this situation? I think you are just late and I don't think it's anything to worry about. As long as he didn't cum then you are perfectly fine. If you are still worried and don't get it in a week I would go to the doctor because if might be a problem not even related to that.

alright. i have this friend and i kind of love him. he's the totaly opposite of me and i've done some things he doesn't agree with. most of them, he knows about, a few he doesn't. this kid knows me better than i know myself and by not telling him, i've felt kinda guilty. so. question basically is, should i tell him, have him be disappointed, or just kind of let it go and not worry about it?

Well, I do not know either of them so it's kind of hard to say. By the way you describe them both I would personally go for Jeremy because he seems like someone who wont pressure you into things. It seems like he likes you more for you and the other guy kind of seem like he just wants to have sex with you. I think Jeremy is the better choice!

You should try going to a beauty supply store and get a shine finisher. It give your hair shine and get rid of the frizzyness. It works amazing, my hair is like that too. You should also get a leave in conditioner so your hair wont be so dry.

ok I shaved some of my pubic hair [i'm a girl and 13] once with a razor just to see what it would be like, and i THINK i used either shaving cream or soap but it was probably soap. it's so thick and coarse! like if a shave a patch off you can see the hair under my skin so thick and about to grow in, and when its all shaved down there it looks like little black lines under my skin. honestly, if i were you i would brazilian waxxx =] i do it, it looks and feels amazing
also after about a few months of waxing, your hair will grow in thinner and lighter, the opposite of shaving
now if you shave, itll just keep growing in darker and thicker... but if you want to do that then use a "sensitive skin" shaving cream and a new razor (whether is disposable or not... just make sure its new)
seriously though i soooo suggest waxing if you need help/advice on that just askkk! its GREAT
