Myspace deletes sites that do whore for whore (w4w) so instead people make s4s (support for support) signs and design them to make them look good and so that people look interested in adding them or viewing the person's site. Their mostly for mypsace layout sites (or so i've seen on my own personal myspace) but yeah i hope that answers everything that you need to know so you're no longer confused :)

Its the new thing for whore for whore. Whoring is illegal on myspace and if you do it they delete you. So they came up with s4s to support eachother to get more friend.

It means support for support. It's the same idea as a whore for whore.
Make some catchy thing about why people should add you, then trade codes & post bulletins in hopes that stupid people will be brainwashed by MySpace whore codes & add you.
