I love the smokey eyes look and I have tried to do them on my eyes but i hate it because you can always see my eyeliner a lot. How can I make my eyes stand out without putting on tons of eye makeup and being able to tell that i have eyeliner on. Thanks!!

your probably making the mistake of thinking that the smokey eye look can only be achieved by using black eyeliners and eyeshadows. try using brown eyeliner instead of brown and then use brown and gold eyeshadows for your eye. if you want to do the smokey eye look and make your eye color POP then try these color combinations:

blue eyes --> plum eyeliner
green eyes --> brown eyeliner
brown eyes --> green eyeliner

i think that black mascara looks good with all of these color combinations, unless you have very light eyelashes then i would use brown mascara.

and in your question you said that you don't want it to look like you have eyeliner on, but that is the whole point of the smokey eye look. but if you don't want to wear eyeliner then just use a darker shade of the eyeshadow that you are using and rim your eyes with it.

but i don't think there is such a site out there because then the publishers and the author of the book won't be making any money off of the book.

i would say either your grandmom just really cares about you and likes everything to be neat, or she might have a slight case of OCD. but just because she has OCD doesn't mean you have to send her to a nursing home like the girl below me suggested. i mean its not hurting anyone to have neat beds and clean nightgowns now is it?

if it bothers you, then you can take her to a doctor and see if she does have OCD and then the doctor can do something about it.

forever 21 is just like wet seal. well i had a pair of no pocket jeans and they made my butt look bigger, so you can try them. you can also go to Delias, H&M, Charlotte Russe, American Eagle, and Hollister. good luck :]

well since i don't live in NY i don't know what stores are near you, but i'll just name a few inexpensive stores that i love: forever 21, kohls, sometimes target, wetseal, and sometimes stores like hollister and Delias can have VERY good sales. i know that hollister has some shirts for on $9.00 right now! well for your body shape i would stay away from horizantal stripes, they can make your look wider. you can also try layering cute sweaters with lacey camis underneath. you can also try out skinny jeans, but i'm not too sure they will look good on you, but you can always try.

in a boyfriend i like cute. but just for a crush or someone to just hook up with i'd go for hot.

my friends always make plans to go places like the mall the arcade the movies etc. and they never invite me. i dont think they do it on purpose but when they are planning whos going to go they never ask me if i want to go and they know i never have anything to do. i hate it and when i ask them if they want to go with me they never want to go. i hate not being included it really bugs me and stuff.. for example today my 3 bestfriends are all having a girls day out today of course no one asked me if i wanted to go and i tried hinting that i was bored and wished i had something to do and they dont get it. i dont want to be left out anymore i always talk to them and say ya know what how come im never invited and they say oh sorry we will include you from now on and the next time they go somewhere they invite me but then they forget again. i tried just hanging out with other friends instead but the same things happen with them. its like im not loved by my frineds.... they will talk to me in school but they have their other friends. i only have 1 friend that i hang out with alot but shes so annoying and i avoid her sometimes and im wondering if my other friends think im annoying and thats why they ignore me. i hate this soooo much noone wants to hang out with me. im not shy or anything i dont understand why my friends would rather hang out with their other friends. :(

i was in the same exact situation. i had 3 best friends who never included me and then they eventually replaced me with someone else! i was so annoyed by this, but then i realized that if they aren't including you then they aren't your real friends. if you really do like you then they would include you. i'm not trying to get you upset i just want to let you know what is going on. i would try getting some other friends who will include you in there activities. if you really want to hang out with those other girls then plan the event yourself. be like "hey do you guys want to go to the movies tonight?" and if they don't want to go, then ask them what else they are doing tonight and why they are busy so that they will invite you.

Is facial hair on a 15/m attractive or is it showing that your a some kind of beast

in my opinion (i'm 14 and turning 15 in 3 weeks), facial hair on a guys is a big turn-off. it makes them look like they are showing off and like you said "showing that your a beast". for most girls, kissing a guy with facial hair can be a little weird. But this is just my opinion, and i don't know what other girls will think.

i checked your BMI and it is 23.7 and the average BMI for your height is 24.9. so you are healthy but on the verge of becoming overweight. what i think you should do is start exercising and cutting calories just a little bit so you don't continue to gain weight and become overweight.

What are tried and true methods to help a 5 year old stop crying every morning when he gets dropped off at school?

what you have to make sure to tell them is that don't worry, mommy will always come back to pick you up. getting dropped off and then having your mom leave can be very scary for 5 year olds. you have to comfort them by telling them that mommy will always come back to get them. tell them that they are just there for a little bit and that you will bring them home later for dinner.

I have one of those AIM virues that sends everyone IMs with links and stuff. Well, I've ran my viruse scan like, I don't know, 8 times and it didn't catch it. So how am I supposed to get rid or it?

If I delete AIM off my computer and redownload it, will that get rid of it?

no no no no no! don't waste your time deleting it and redownloading it! i had the SAME EXACT problem. you said that you have virus scans. i have McAfee and whenever the IM came up i would get an alert from McAfee saying that a program wanted access to the internet. and i found out the name of the virus and then searched for it on my computer and deleted it manually. do you ever get those alerts? well the name of the virus that was on my computer was "rcss.exe", so then all you need to do is search for it on your computer. you can do this by right clicking on the START menu and choose "search" then type in the name of the virus and hit search. then delete the file once the search is complete.

I have really oily skin, I try to only wash my face in the morning and at night. But at school, I'm constantly running to the bathroom to blot my face! People even tell me my face is shiny, what should I do? I've tried so many acne cleansers, astrignents, and pads!

i know that Clean and Clear makes Oil Absorbing sheets, that you can keep in your binder and use whenever you need to. it doesn't smear makeup or anything, it just soaks up all of that annoying oil that makes your face super shiny :]

what some really cute hair styles? (either to get it cut,or to style it in the morning) i have light brown hair with natrual high lights,brown eyes and light olive skin. (dark eyebrows...if that matters :]) also i'd like to know the best concealer (that'll stay on alll day) for circles under eyes. what make-up would match my face to look natural and brighter? (colors of makeup,concealer,) i want people to notice it a litte,but not like i loo kliek i over did it.thanks

were green eyeshadow! it looks AMAZING with brown eyes and brown hair. then just apply a little bronzer to your checks. for you hair, try curling it. it will look really cute. for under your eyes, try buying a product specifically for under eye circles. i have a product by clean and clear but i'm not sure if they still make it. if you don't want to look fake, then i would stay away from tanning salons, because they can give you that fake orange look.

I saw the movie Step Up, and I love the way Nora dressed. I thought her clothes were so pretty. I was just wondering if anyone knew any websites where I could find clothes like that of what that style is called.

i didn't see the movie, but i just looked at a couple of pictures. from the pictures it just looks like she wears tight fitted clothing, and likes to layer her shirts. you can try buying some tank tops that have some sequins or lace on the top and the bottom of it so you can wear it underneath shirts. you should try going to Forever 21

the outfit is very cute. but for the shoes, i really like the first ones, but i don't think that the black shoes would go well with the blue shirt. do you have any blue shoes? or pink shoes? if not, then go with the first pair, they will look much better with the skirt then the chunky sneakers.

Can stores have surveillance cameras in changerooms? Like right in the stalls where you change? Would they be monitored?

i know that stores cannot have the cameras actually in the stalls. but most stores have cameras right outside of the stalls to make sure that whatever you take in the stalls you take back out of the stalls. but now i have a question for you: why are you asking this? lol. did you see a store with cameras in the stalls?

I was just wondering what do you think would be an appropriate age to start dating?

in my opinion the year that people starting "going out" was when they were 13. but all they really did was say they were going out, and then just hang out with a group of friends. i think the age that it is good to actually start "dating" like one-on-one is 16, once both of the people can drive. but that is just my opinion.
