TEENAGExHEARTS answered Wednesday August 30 2006, 4:01 pm: were green eyeshadow! it looks AMAZING with brown eyes and brown hair. then just apply a little bronzer to your checks. for you hair, try curling it. it will look really cute. for under your eyes, try buying a product specifically for under eye circles. i have a product by clean and clear but i'm not sure if they still make it. if you don't want to look fake, then i would stay away from tanning salons, because they can give you that fake orange look.
**EDIT**
the concealer is called: Undereye brightening stick.
Volleyball2150 answered Wednesday August 30 2006, 3:45 pm: for your hair I suggest going to this site www.geocities.com/mka_wonderland they have good and many hairstyles. As for your make-up, I also have brown eyes and maybe a little lighter skin than you do. What makes your eyes POP for brown is a purple eye-shadow. If you think thats too much, try a goldish nuetrual color. You might want to put them right underneath your eyebrows to really highlight your eyes. Also to make tired eyes more awakening, you can put a highlighter pencil ((prefrebly beige or white)) on the inside corner of your eyes. And for the concealer I recommend Revlon Colorstay [Link](Mouse over link to see full location)
it has many different color choices.
