I think im fat hi im 14 and about 5 foot 10, i weigh about 165 pounds...do i need to loose weight or am i oaky the way i am?

not at all, your a tall guy so its fine, the least you wanna do is lose weight and end up tall and skinny - thats a no no. if you are really conscious about it though, then tonk up, turn the fat into muscle, then i bet you will love weighing 165 pounds ]
You are a little overweight for your age, but as far as your height you don't need to loose much. Maybe 10lbs. I know its hard to be tall at your age, because the guys are just starting to grow! I also know that todays media pushes us to be thin, but honestly, if you were say 18.. 165 wouldn't be that bad at all. I don't think you should go down to 140 because one, its not needed, two you'd probably look funny that thin. Like for example I am 5'6 .. 18yrs old and I should weigh 150lbs. Now I don't, but I should and I'm loosing weight, but I'd never got below 150. This is a long answer, sorry, hope it helps. ]
Actually that is kind of big.But just loose some wieght.If you con drop down to 140 youd be ok.Try eating more healthy foods,because you might become over wieght.

Hun, you're just a bit overweight.. but sometimes that's OKAY!!! Would you rather be anorexic? I don't think you would...
So if you are looking for ways to lose weight- here's some tips:
-Eat only healthy foods (fruits, veggies, and meats)
-Stay clear of sugar.. it creates fat and that isn't a good thing
-Don't eat too many calories.. 1500 or less is probably where you want to be
-ALWAYS eat breakfast! It jump-starts your brain and gives you a high energy level to excell in school!

i checked your BMI and it is 23.7 and the average BMI for your height is 24.9. so you are healthy but on the verge of becoming overweight. what i think you should do is start exercising and cutting calories just a little bit so you don't continue to gain weight and become overweight. ]
Depending on your build you may or may not be but yes 165 lbs sounds about a good weight for being 5'10. ]
Okay, 5' 5" should be 125lbs. 5' 6" 130 5' 7" 135 5' 8" 140 5' 9" 145 5' 10" 150lbs. You should be around 150lbs. You're a little over the avg weight so you should exercise. (5' 10"? LUCKY. I'm 5'5..5'6? And I feel short everywhere I go =D)
Just go on a healthy diet...eat 3 times a day and 2 snack in b/w meals (healthy one slike apple, banana, baby carrots, etc.) to help you from over eating
Exercise at least 3 times a day (walk, jog around your nehigborhood for 30min each day.)
Or you can go see your doctor so he or she can give you a diet plan to go on to lose those extra pounds =D ]
