how do you get rid of adware.qoolaid w/o downloading any other programs? I have Norton Antivirus which did show the Qoolaid thing but I heard even that doesn't pick up on everything.

idk how to get rid of it w.o downloading anthing but i have spybot and adware, you can search for them on Google.com. it might help you, and it doesn't take much space and it works VERY well.

Ok for your question: I shop at Hollister and Aeropostal, but that stuff is really expensive. Lately I've been shopping at Kohls, TJ Max, Walmart, and Eblens. I don't know if you have some of the stores I named, but stores like that sell designer clothing for a good cheap price. I went to Walmart and got so many cute clothes for about 25.00.

Some styles that are in right now are the preppy-vintage look. VERY CUTE! like old belts that go over your clothes, sandal-flats, big glasses, skirts with leggings, and old school looking shirts. And of course cute jewelry.

Ok..im 16 and ive never been kissed. Or lets change that..ive never "madeout" with anyone. And im talkin to a couple of guys and theyre askin me on dates n stuff and i wanna go but i know theyll make a move on me and then i wont kno what im doin! well im 14 and i never gotten kissed until this year, neither peck or make out. But if I were you I'd tell them that you havent because most guys like innocent girls and what not. You shouldn't be scared. All you have to do is let them make the move, and the massage their tongue with yours. I dont know.. it sounds weird but it works.... I WAS TOLD I WAS A GREAT KISSER first time i kissed anyone, if it helps. Dont be worried!

why do we cry over a guy?
when i listen to a slow jam its always remind me of my crush and makes me cry so much hes a great guy but he didnt like me back do i really love/like him or just infatuation?
and when im around with my friends and when im sad but i pretend to be happy why?

I think its most likely that you really like him / infatuation. I do the same thing. It's because when I hear a sad love song it reminds me of all our memories and why things didn't work out. And for the reason of being sad but pretending to be happy, is because when you are with your friends you are supposed to be having a good time, but you can't stop thinking about the boy you like; but instead of ruining the fun you go along with everyone so that way you wont be alone and more upset.

My friend has tried to kill herself many times because she thinks shes ugly. I tell her shes beautiful but she won't believe me. People make fun of her and say shes ugly, but I told her its just because they are JEALOUS. I feel if I post a picture of her on here, and I want to know if you guys really think shes ugly. Well, I can't see the picture but I'm assuming the reason is that most people are either jealous, or they are just ignorant. Beauty is skin deep. And if her last resort is killing herself over what guys have to say about her, then she needs to realize that guys at your age I'm sure will say anything to make their ego bigger. Don't let her pay attention to them. Boys are stupid.

Maybe, if she is a little chubby, she could lose a little weight. If she has a little acne, she could go for a facial or some kind of topical creams to help her get rid of break outs, maybe she could go get her eyebrows waxed or something if they are really bushy. And when it comes to make up, use colors that compliment her skin tone. Blend really well. I use black eye liner: NYC; Dream Matte Mousse from Maybeline. Any kind of Mascara, blush, or eye shadow.

For her hair, she could straighten in with a straightener or straight iron; or she could curl her hair up: To curl my hair I use gel, mousse, and hairspray. First I put the gel in my hands, I run it through my hair and scrunch my hair up to my scalp, then I run LOTS of mousse through my hair, starting at the hairline/scalp. Then I put my hair up in a bun for about 5 mins, and then let my hair flow down and hairspray it.

It works really good and lots of guys think its pretty.

Or if she wanted, she could get her hair cut, angled and put layers in. She could even highlight it too.

Okay- I'm 13/f and I know a boy who is one of my best friends and I really like him we had a relationship before but it didn't work out - we were like....9 so of course it didn't but I'm starting to get the feeling that he likes me. Like he stares at me until I look at him then he looks away- or hes always defended me but now that his cousin has come down to visit (he's not to nice) when he gets mean he defends me as much as I defend him- and he is starting to stand next to me when i around- he blushes when I'm around- when I sleep(his sister Is my BFF) over at his house(we all sleep on the floor its like a normal thing at their house) he tries to sleep next to me(blush)-and when we talk he looks deep into my eyes and acts like I'm the only thing in the world that matters. Do you think he likes me and Is to shy to ask me out? Because I'm to scared ask him.

I can't say it positively, but I'm pretty sure he likes you. When guys look in your eyes and pay attention to what you have to say, it's usually because they care A LOT about your opinions and/or whatever is on your mind. I think you should have his sister ask if he likes you, or if you are brave enough, ask him casually. Don't be scared because if you are shakey it could ruin the friendship. And even if he doesn't like you, he must really care for you as a friend. Just tell him how you feel. You are thirteen, what's the worst that could happen?

Ok so i have this friend...and I think he's bulimic. I saw him eating the other day and when he was done...he threw up and it looked like he made himself throw up.

What should I do? Should I confront him about it? Tell someone? Both? Please help, im really worried about him.

You should confront him, tell him the dangers and tell him that you are there for him. If the problem persits, tell someone. It might damage your friendship at first, but he could die from it. Would you rather have a friend mad at you or a friend that winds up dead?

Okay, let's get right down to it, I feel like I don't have any friends. I'm constantly comparing the amount of friends I have to the amount of friends other people have. For some reason, I always have less, and it is really starting to bother me. Also, I don't have that many guy friends that are my age and stuff (I'm a girl and I'm 14). I probably have about 10 good friends but I feel like I should have more. Is that an okay number, am I just over paraniod, or do I really not have that many friends at all? Im 14/f too. I have plenty of friends but to me, all you need is one good friend. One friend you can trust your life with, can tell anything to, shop with, be yourself/stupid with, and be as comfortable with them as you are alone. Its not about quantity, its about quality. If you have 1 good friend, you're set. Who cares if you have ten friends... do you really think you can trust them all? Do you think they are all honest with you. If you can't answer those questions then you know they arent worth it.

Well i have a Helen of troy Hair straighter and i have to say i swear by it! Once my hair is done it looks awesome and perfectly straight. Way better than any straighter i used before it.(picture http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v214/sugarysweet89/e125c9c5.jpg)

My problem is, is when i step outside and it is really humid (like everyday where i live) or i even get the least bit sweaty it starts to frizz a little and flick out at the ends.

I don't put any product in my hair while/after straightening which could be the reason but is it my straighters fault it gets like that or is it always going to do that because of the humidity.


I was thinking of investing in a better straightener (i was gonna go with chi but after so many bad reviews i am thinking sedu?) But i Don't want to spend $125 if the same thing is just gonna keep happening

no. its the weather. try to put some Silk in it, and/or run gel through your hair and lightly hairspray it. I have the same problem. In the summer I just curl my hair with gel mousse and hairspray

ok does it hurt gettin your belly button pierced? ive heard some ppl say it does & some say it doesnt.. im kinda average when it comes to pain tolerance & ive had my ears pierced 6 times one of which i did myself but does it hurt like reallyyy bad ? and when you change the ring tha 1st time is it hard to do or does that hurt? & will they instruct you on how to? thx so much!

It hurts a little because its a thicker needle going through alot of skin. But I've been told by many people it hurts less than getting your ears pierced because they put alot of stuff on the skin area to lube it up for less pain.

Today I went to my friend Lindsay's party. It was a swimming party, Lindsay's friend from another school, Ashleigh, was thier. All the boys love Ashleigh. Im so jealous of her. Im kind of fat, and they were forcing me in the pool. I just said that I had my period. Ashleigh calls out "I hate fat people." Everyone always does that to me and I neved know what to do. Any ideas?

well, i'm almost 14 and i've never used a tampon. i've had my period since i was 11. i always wear pads and i almost put a tampon in once but i got scared that i wouldn't be able to get it in. is this weird? should i try again? and isn't it true that some girls just can't get it in because their hymen (or something??) is too tough? please help me!!!

Im fourteen too! I actually got my period when I was eleven so thats kind of odd. I've used a tampon for about 20 minutes. I didn't have it in right. And plus, you can get TSS from it (thats a disease caused by the bacteria of having a tampon in for too too long) I think that pads are uncomfortable and gross. I find tampons hard to put in and they hurt a little at first.. Tampons can pop your cherry though so tell your mom if your going to wear them so she won't think something else happened when you go to the doctors lol... All you have to do is stand up, put the tampon at a 45 degree angle and push it up. It will hurt at first, and it will take a few tries to get it right but you will know when its in enough ( when you can sit down correctly and it doesnt hurt. )

i know its wrong but all my friends have had sex, and thats all they talk about so i told them i have had sex too and i was like centre of attension... i know its wrong to lie but i hated feeling left out. Now i have got this boyfriend hes like well older than me about 4 years, and he understands i want to take things slow but now all my friends make comments like "dont do anything i woudnt do" and "use a johnny".

when you suddenly become the center of attention after telling your friends you've had sex; it's most likely because they are lying. YOU ARE 14! Im 14 too and I've done the same thing you've said. Believe me, guys don't like girls that tell people that they have hooked up and had sex already. Guys like girls with inexperience - not sluts. And who cares if you don't want to feel left out, they are stupid if they are going to give it up at 14. Sex is a special thing, and its about LOVE. don't let them change who you are just because you are a virgin. Tell them the truth. If they have anything bad to say about you its because they are jealous that you are comfortable with being a virgin and you don't have to lie to be cool.

And I seriously think you should put it off. Don't have sex because "all your friends are doing it." Sex is a real big responsibility at your age. Don't ruin your life because sometimes condoms can slip off or break.

I think I've answered like 5 of these questions already lol; NO AGE ISN'T NOTHING BUT A NUMBER! If you think he is interested go for it! Who knows, he could like you. 2 years isn't a big difference.. Trust me, I know from first hand. Be available, but not desperate. Talk about him alot. Don't be shy though because guys hate that. Guys also don't like girls who are too quiet, too shy, or slutty. They like innocent girls who don't have too much experience. Be flirtacious with him, but at the same time let him know that if he doesn't like you, act like you don't care. Let him know he can trust you, and count on your friendship. Boost your appearance for when you see him as well! And be calm about talking about him.. think about it. He's just a guy! Guys like it when you fluff their style. Tell him that he looks good, smile and walk away or change the subject. Flirt lightly, but don't come on too strong. i want a change in my life so i thought of changeing my style. Right now i wear like somewhat preppy clothes but i dont wear hollister and ambercrombie and fitch because i cant afford it because i would have to buy it with my own money and im 13. Right now, Kolhs, Pay Half, and TJ MAX have great vintage clothing. Old Navy has some OK clothes. JC Penney and Walmart have a lot of it too. It's cheap/affordable and the clothes are really cute. Today I went to Walmart and bought a wicked cute skirt for 7 dollars, 2 pairs of leggings for 6 each, and shirts that look vintage style from Hollister for like 6-7 dollars. They have a LOT of good clothes. Just because they aren't big named brand stores like AE A&F and Hollister doesn't mean they aren't cute! Besides, if you shop at stores that are cheaper, you get more clothes!

14/f. i really don't want to come off as full of myself or anything because i'm definitaly not. but i've kinda started to notice that a lot of guys stare at me (in a good way lol), or check me out. like at the beach two REALLY hot guys were checking me out (and its not like i have a really good body or anything like that). even my parents noticed them checking me out. and i've been noticing this going on a lot lately. but the problem is that nobody even notices me like that at school. i think it is because i'm shy.

I'm 14/f too. I have the same problem. A lot of people think I'm pretty at school, and I have a good body its just they are intimidated by me because I'm smart and shy and quiet. Guys don't like quiet and shy girls though. They like girls that are funny, smart, pretty, outgoing, somewhat loud, and definately NOT shy. Guys want to be able to have a full conversation with a girl where she can look them in the eyes and not be afraid to be herself. If you think your appearance is fine, than just work on being more outgoing.

I think you should be honest with your boyfriend. Explain to him what had happened, and tell him that you didn't know what you were doing, and tell him that you don't have feelings for that other guy at all. Even if he gets mad he may trust you more for atleast telling him. You don't want him to find out from someone else.
