Recently I've noticed that I seem to be carrying excessive things in my handbag or missing some vital things, so I'm just wondering; what do you, girls, keep in your handbag that you take with you wherever? The things that you always have in your hand bag?

I went to my OB today because I found out that I was pregnant last week at my 6 week check up (I have a 2 month old at home and another child under 1 year). My doctor asked me today why I refused birth control, although I already told them that birth control is against my religion. I repeated myself today and felt odd since I KNOW I had already explained this.
The doctor then nodded her head and said, "Well, that is just silly," in a very demeaning tone of voice. I was so offended I told her, "My faith is no laughing matter." I was just very upset and I still am. I need a doctor that will take me seriously.

I am not a government case, I am not an unmarried mother, and I am not on food rations or food stamps. If I want to have all of the children that God allows me to be blessed with then I don't understand the issue.

I am a mother and wife. I am also the daughter of very wealthy philanthropists who have provided myself, my husband, and our future children with the means to take care of our needs.

Why am I being judged when I can take care of any children I have, and why am I being judged when I want to have 15+ children? Should I switch to a doctor that will not pressure me to go against my beliefs?

It sounds to me as though the doctor is referring to your refusal to take birth control (since you already have two very young children), not the fact that you are a christian, as "silly". It still wasn't an appropriate comment to make, but slightly less offensive.

If you are uncomfortable with this doctor, then absolutely switch to a new one.

Michael Jackson apparently died at age 50 from cardiac arrest. Elvis died when he was like 42, I think, and they claimed (at first) that he died of something called cardiac arrhythmia. Turned out that Elvis actually died of a drug overdose.

So, I'm thinking...wow, 50 is REALLY young for someone to die, especially when our average lifespan is something like 75 or so. Maybe Michael Jackson didn't REALLY die of cardiac arrest and his death is being covered up by somebody!

Did Michael Jackson actually die of cardiac arrest or could it have been a possible drug overdose or some sort of suicide? Could he have been murdered and nobody know about it yet?

Anyone have any clues or opinions they'd like to share about Michael Jackson's death?

Of course there's no way to know for sure. But there have been rumors going around for years that he was addicted to prescription medicines, I was watching the interviews on tv today and a few people mentioned it. So, possible, but no one except those close to him will probably ever know for sure. I doubt it was suicide, though.

You don't need a program or anything. Just make sure you have the latest version of Itunes. Plug your ipod in. On the left side a little icon for it should show up. Right click and click on Transfer Purchases.

My period finished this morning and I had sex today at about 2pm but during it the condom broke. Im not sure when it happened though. Im not on the pill(or morning after pill) and the only time I can get a prescription for it is tomorrow arvo after 12:30PM. Will it be too late by then? what are the chances of me being pregnant? Im stressing out really bad! :(

If you are 18 (depending on what state you live in) you might not need a prescription for Plan B (the morning after pill). Call your local Planned Parenthood asap. If there isn't one near you, most drugstore pharmacies have it. The sooner you take it, the more effective it is.

Ive been on the bc pills since april 9th
on aprill 11th i had sex..

I dont know if i am.. but what happens if you take bc pills while pregnant?

Birth control pills don't start working until you've been on them on a week, and aren't fully effective until you've been on them a month. So there is a chance you're pregnant. Birth control pills haven't been proven to cause birth defects or anything like that.

Your birth control comes with instructions and information (usually a sheet of paper folded up with it). I recommend reading them.

You have really pretty eyes and that would emphasize them.

The one thing to keep in mind if that you have fairly wavy hair, you'll have to straighten or pin them up. Otherwise they're pretty low maintenance.

Google Long hair with bangs if you need more pictures to show your hair dresser. And make sure he/she makes them "chippy" and not too heavy.

Yes. You have to be on birth control for a minimum of a week for it to even start to be effective. If you really don't want to get pregnant, get Plan B.

so i have been with my boyfriend for about 2 and a half years and it hasn't always been a walk in the park. We've had our fights and break ups but we never stay broken up for more than like 5 days. Lately things have been really good and we have been messing around a lot lately. Like we've never had sex because i thought i wanted to wait until marriage but now i think that i want to lose my virginity to him and i don't know why things have changed like that. So i don't know if I should have sex with him or wait until marriage. He never pressures me to do anything with him I just think it's weird that all of a sudden I changed my mind. I'm 17 and so is he. Should I lose my virginity to him?

A few things to keep in mind:

If you can't talk about it, you shouldn't be doing it. So if you can't have an honest and mature discussion with your boyfriend about it then I recommend waiting.

Chances are, your first time won't be all that great, so don't expect too much.

Be prepared. Get on birth control, buy condoms, use both. Planned Parenthood is great.

And if you have any doubt at all...just wait. There's no hurry, and it's not something you can take back.

okay so i asked a question before about bare minerals makeup.
i use the medium, medium beige, and medium tan because medium is too pink, medium beige is too orange, and medium tan is too tan lol. and lately when i mix it i cant get it to come out right anymoree so i need help on my color? something inbetween all these!
somebody mentioned medium golden, but golden sounds... orange?
has anybody used medium golden? or can anybody recommend something for me?

If you go to Sephora, they have samples, and if you ask someone who works there, they can give you samples of a few of the colors for you to take home and try.

I LOVE THAT EYE MAKEUP

Lime Crime is a brilliant line of makeup by one of my favorite makeup artists, Doe Deere.

She has a blog at doedeereblogazine.com and she does makeup tutorials about once a week, sometimes by request. I'm willing to bet that if you left her a comment (she reads all her comments) she'd do a tutorial on that specific picture.

I'm no makeup artist, but I do love makeup so I'll try to give you some instructions.


Start with the eye makeup, in case you make a mess, that way you don't have to redo your face.

Apply concealer, foudnation, and powder on your lids. (Alternative: use an eyeshadow primer like Too Faced Eyeshadow Insurance). If you have thin eyebrows, fill them in, otherwise just apply eyebrow gel.

Apply a light shimmery highlight shade:

Below your brow and in the inner corner of your eye.

Using a wet brush, pack a reddish purple shadow on the outer half of your eyelid.

Blend well.

It looks like she is wearing false lashes, so if you're comfortable with using those go for it. Otherwise just lots of black mascara, and make sure you curl them first.

Apply a thin line of liquid liner (use a liquid line marker if you're not good at it) very close to your lashline. Using eyelash glue, apply stick on body crystal (try Claire's)- one in the corner of each eye.

Now for the face. Conceal, foundation, powder. (I love Lime Crime's powder:

Using a blue pencil, draw 3 stars on your cheek, fill them in. If you like, apply shadow over them. Set with powder.
Try MAC Eye Kohl in Minted.

Apply a pale pink gloss. You could also put some of the Crystal Ball shadow on your lips.

i use bareminerals makeup and yesterday i went to buy more mineral veil but it was out and the lady said i could buy the feather lite mineral veil but i decided to wait..
what is the difference between the two and which do you like better?
also i use 3 different colors, medium, medium beige, and medium tan. everytime i mix them it always seems to come out to a different color. sometimes its either too pink (too much medium) or too orange (too much medium beige) or too dark/muddy looking (too much medium tan) lol is there any color in between these that might look better?! cause the medium is too pink but the beige is too orange and i need the medium tan because i am tan but not really tan..... if this makes sense. but i wish i could just use one color that fits MY skin?

I love BareMinerals but i don't recommend the featherlight...it has glitter in it and looks weird.


Try a lighter color...medium golden (i think it's called) maybe? They're darker than they look.

You have to have facebook mobile first, go on the site and sign up.

Then send a picture message to mobile@facebook.com and it'll go in your mobile album.
