I absolutely do believe in soulmates. I don't think anybody is destined to be alone, nor do they deserve to be. It could take a while to find them, but eventually I believe one does.

i do! I've actually met a couple who've been together for 40 years, who've known eachother they're whole lives(still in love :D). I think there is energy in souls, and if you could find someone who's energy is compatable with yours,it could be destined for the two to be together. It's hard for me to explain this, but i think that in each person something is calling them somewhere. and your just drawn into a circumstance, where the two souls find eachother. Maybe that's why people get so stressed that they can't find love. Because if you think about it,why does one yearn for love so much? It feels like your missing something. But when you find your soulmate, you become bonded with another-and that sad feeling goes away. I'm iffy at thinking there could be more than one soulmate for someone-i think if you see them, you and your soulmate both feel the energy eachother needs. I'm being so confusing! Sorry, thats my take on it though(just my opinion, not from science or anyhing-though souls do have energy) hopefully we'll find our soulmates one day!

As much as I'd like to (and I'm not a cynic or single bitter person), no. Because while there definitely are people who are perfect for you at a particular point in your life, I can't see someone being right for you your whole life.

But I am 18 and don't know everything.

Heck Yes I believe there are multiple soul mates for people mainly because as you cahnge throughout your life, your requests from a relationship will also change. But keep in mind a soul mate relationship any relationship requires devotion and committment! The why is simply because those people that are lucky enough to find their soulmate were meant to have that partner and their destinies are combined together! People need people type deal

Yes, I do.

My parents are proof that soul mates do exist. They met, fought like cats and dogs for a week because neither of them wanted to get married again, and then they got married.

They've been together for many, many years, and there is no sign of their relationship ending any time soon.

They face tremendous hardships and they always persevere.

However, I also believe that relationships between "non-soul mates" are workable... they just require a little more work. :)
