Birth control pills don't start working until you've been on them on a week, and aren't fully effective until you've been on them a month. So there is a chance you're pregnant. Birth control pills haven't been proven to cause birth defects or anything like that.

Your birth control comes with instructions and information (usually a sheet of paper folded up with it). I recommend reading them.

Well most physicians say that for birth control to work effectively you have to be on it for atleast a week. Since you were on it for only 2 days there is a possiblity that you could be pregnant. Well it depends on what type of pill your on. Talk to your Gyno/physi and just ask them. Thats what they are there for. Hope i helped =]

I would've thought that you wouldn't have become pregnant because if your on the pill, then the chances of you becoming preganant decreses.

But the best way to dfouble check is to do a test and see whether it is positive or not.... unless of course you were using protection.

Note: the pill isn't garanteed to stop pregnancy, if you come off, then the chances increase. Not saying that you didn't, but never the less, it is always better to use condoms.

Hope this helped,
triquetra
