eat healthy, drink lots of water, and walk like in a park with music, pet, friends, etc.
im on the wrestling team, ive lost up to 15 pounds a day, this kind of stuff is second nature to me.
a lot of it depends on how willing you are to lose weight, so i gave you some easy to follow advice.

If your nervous about how good you are, ask some good friends for their opinions! Tell them not to bullshit you though, they will do it BECAUSE they are good friends.
The best lyrics are ones that come from moments of strong emotions, not ones that are pointless. I like songs that I can connect to.
If your songs come from strong emotions, let them come out when you sing. Let all your anger, frustration, pain, love, and everything come out.

I know this question probably has been asked millions of times beforee....but honestly, without a boyfriend, I feel 100% incomplete and lonely. Even friends don't help with this horrible lonely feeling.
15/f I've never had a boyfriend. And this is a bit strange, because when I'm at school...I have no problem talking to guys at all! But when I see younger people than me with boyfriends...well, it just kind of makes me feel sad and unwanted in a way...I mean, I'm not ugly...I get good grades...I'm not overweight or anything...Do boyfriends necessarily have to come from a group of friends or something?

I really don't know what to do. I just feel like dying. I let guys touch me and kiss me and they almost have sex with me. I feel horrible. i'm a whore! I don't really know what to do. Start today, start being more respectable, something that people look up to, not down on. Theres guys out there that would much rather have a relationship over a piece of meat. You just have to look a little harder. They wont be the ones touching you all the time.

Emo is short for emotional, but the Emo scene doesnt stand for emotional. It's for the emotionally troubled, but you don't need to be emo to have emotional problems.
It's pointless.
You don't need to wear tight pants to fit in, and I wont even bother talking about cutting, your just too young, and apparently dont know just what your getting into yet.

Take part in one of your hobbies, read a book, hang out with friends.
Probably not the best suggestion, but I listen to Black Flag when im depressed haha :/ I listen to music that reflects my emotions like blues, punk rock, etc. because i get tired of holding it in soi just let it all out when i listen to music.
watch dust factory, dont know why... but i just like that movie a lot.

Im super lucky because my period just ended like yesterday and mon. i have to start swimming in PE. but i really want to start using them because everyone says they're sooo great! and during school i totally hate having to try and plan when i can use the bathroom and its just really lame so yeah. haha sorry i dont really know what your question is... but basically if you put in a tampon before school starts, you can keep it in for up to 8 hours, which is most likely the end of the school day. if your on one of your heavier days, you might need to change it at lunch, but normally tampons last for about 6 hours at least.
and for swimming, they are a necessityyy becuase you cant wear pads because they will just inflate.
so to start out, buy some ultra thin, easy glides. since they are skinnier, itll be easy to put in especially if your a virgin, and easy glide makes it go in better.
alsoo, once you get used to tampons, id suggest switching over to cardboard because even though its a little less comfortable, they do biodegrade back into the earth, and not just add to the landfills like the plastic ones.

it depends... becuase basically he wanted sex before his birthday and so that would be kinda using you
but you say that you fell in love with him. if he fell in love with you too and like you guys actually are positve that you love each other, then it might not have been just a bootycall. you should probably talk to him, and see how he feels about it.
you were deffinately used so that he could lose his virginity before his birthday, but it could have meant something to him. if it was just a hook up, then you were a booty call :/
just talk to him about it and see what he says

ok i tried to use a tampon this morning...and i never have before, but i just need to know everything you can tell me about then. when i put it in it kinda went in sideways and when i thought i had it in it hept sliding out. now i think its finally in but how far should it go up? im worried if it goes too far i wont be able to get it out!! and how long should you keep it in? and do you wear a pad with them and do they leak? or after a certain time do they leak.
anything would be appreciated!!

you should put the tampon in as far as possible. it wont get stuck, becasue the string dangles so you can pull it out. if its not far in enough, then youll be able to feel is all day. also, theyll slide out more and more if its not up enough
you should keep it in for about 4-8 hours, and don't go longer, otherwise you increase your risk of tss.
with a tampon, you should wear a pantiliner, which is like an ultra thin pad.

I had no idea what to put this under. I am terribly curious about "Hannah Montana". I had never watched this Disney Channel show, but I have seen the jumping popularity of Hannah Montana on even NBC news. I watched it on ABC Saturday morning cartoons recently, and saw absolutely nothing great about it. I thought that it was actually incredibly horrible acting, and the concept to be terrible. I am disappointed to see that Disney's legacy has disappeared behind this... crap. My younger sister's friend was playing the soundtrack, and I found the singing rather nauseating. Can someone tell me how on Earth this awful, unholy phenomenon has occured? (link)

basically all my friends watch it out of boredom, and one of them actually likes the songs... which i dont understand.
however id never go out of my way to watch it, but its on a lot.
also the fact that its new makes it more appealing. like when high school musical 1 came out it was a big deal even that too was another weak disney producion
