need help i weight 197 any tips to lose weight

If you are REALLY concered about your weight + appearance, then drink more water, eat healthily, but it doesn't mean you have to skip the things you like. Make sure you don't miss any meals, especially eat breakfast (slimmer people are the ones that don't miss meals). Also, try to cut out snacking between meals, but don't miss out stuff like chocolate, just cut down on it or replace it with some kind of fruit. Get plenty of exercise, walk to places instead of driving, or go by bike.
But to be honest, you're probably perfect as you are !!

im on the wrestling team, ive lost up to 15 pounds a day, this kind of stuff is second nature to me.
a lot of it depends on how willing you are to lose weight, so i gave you some easy to follow advice. ]
Well, ONLY EAT TWO TIMES A DAY, drink water, duh, and try yoga. it totally worx. I do yoga and I've already lost 4 pounds! it's fun if you're watching TV or listening to music. Also, if you're hungry and you want pizza instead of a salad, eat the pizza. Don't eat something you hate.
In my opinion, weight isn't something you should worry about. Live life to the fullest!

Drink lOts Of water. exercise 4 times a week for 30 min each time. dont eat fast food. try and cut out soda out your diet. if you really like it though try coke zero which has no calories. :) try lots of fruits and veggies no bannanas ! they have too much potassium. ]

You should try to not eat junk, eat right, and excercise your butt off (no pun intended). Try to excercise about 45 minutes a day, and eat 5 small meals/ day. Drink a lot of water, and cut out soda. Water helps flush out your system. Good luck! ]
