The is this guy and we are good friends and wehang out and tell each other a lot and we both like eachother a lot and I was at his house the other day and his parents were out...no one knew I was there,and we were in his living room watching tv.Suddenly we were holding hands,then he put his arm around me and I leaned into him and he kept moving until we were laying down and we kept looking at each other,we almost kissed but then we didn't .He broke my jelly braclet and it means make out so I don't know HELP...What are his thoughts?

ok so i have kind of a hard time tanning [[in the sun]]. i can tan kinda ok-ish but during the summer im outside alot and if i could tan easily believe me id be sooo dark! also it fades REALLY quickly whenever i am kinda tan. well we're going to the beach a couple weeks after school ends so i was just wondering if i went to a tanning bed about twice a week [not to overdo it] for a month before the trip and got a base tan or whatever would i be able to tan easier in the sun since im darker?
and yes i know... sunscreen.

Yes, I think you should go tanning 2 days a week for about 15 minutes or so. This will give you a nice base tan and of course prepare you for the sun.
To keep your tan from NOT fading, use Jergen's Natural Glow as your daily moisturizer. Trust me, it works wonders.

ok there is this amazing girl at my school. i dated her last year, and now i am a freshman in highschool. while we were going out, i was to shy to really do anything. i wanted to kiss her so bad but i just couldnt find the strength to actually make my move. we broke up later because she did not like me anymore. we went out for about 3 weeks. before that we were really good friends, but now its like we dont talk at all anymore, part of the reason being we dont have any classes together. ever since we broke up though, its weird, it seemed like i wanted her more and more every day. i havnt stopped thinking about her every day and it has been almost a year now. i still see her almost everyday, because i go to a small private school. anyway, i have just learned that she is leaving my school, to go to another because she wants a change of things. i think i love her and i dont want her to leave, but i am too shy to step up and admit to her my feelings, not that it would change anything, but i just feel like she should know, before she goes that someone is thinking of her. i also feel that that might make things even more aukward between us, and i am really shy when it comes to this stuff.

When you would get a boyfriend what are the steps? I'm confused, do you go straight to boyfriend? Do you tell him you like him?

Well..first you have to become friends. You're not going to go out with someone that you hardly know, right? You can find out all their interests this way, and see what you two have in common. Start off being friends by talking over AIM, Myspace, and generally working to school. Just be like "Hey, I see you around school a lot (Or your in some of my classes), & I just wanted to get to know you..."
Then, once you see him talking to you more and more, start flirting. Make sure it's not too intense, though-don't say "OMG, YOU'RE FLIPPING HOT I THINK ID BANG YOU" Haha. OBVIOUSLY. But..really. I've seen it happen, and there was no friendly relationship. (For flirting tips, try
Finally, if you flirt really well, and he catches on and starts to flirt with you too, you'll probably get him. :)
PLEASE NOTE: This doesn't take a week or two. It takes a while, actually. So, you probably won't like him, oh, say two years from now--but it's always good to build up a relationship with someone, whether it be boyfriend/girlfriend or just friendly.

Just wear a lot of Hollister & Abercrombie & American Eagle & Aeropostale. They have all the "In looks" - which is what "preps" go for.
Straightening and scrunching hair is what "preps" usually do with their hair.

If you're "friends" don't find you interesting, then they're not even worth calling your friends.
You can find NEW friends by doing sports, clubs, etc.
You're just a shy person. It's not anything to be ashamed about.
Just scream if you feel the urge. I mean, you only live life once, right? :]
As for ideas to do at sleepovers..play DDR, (everyone loves that), Twister, play manhunt (hide & seek in groups) ... etc. Have your friends suggest something.
Before your friends come over, though, have an energy drink so you're nice & hyper :)

They will keep growing, as you're going through puberty.
We have no idea how big of a front you'll get-
Usually you'll be the CLOSE TO same size as your mom, grandma, etc.

You have to join a sports team, club, etc. You can meet new people that way.
Go out with your friends more often! Get your butt of the computer! Go to the movies, mall, etc. with them!

If you're about to get mad over something silly, ask yourself: "Am I going to care about this in 5 years from now?"
If you answered NO, then it's obviously not worth getting worked up about!

Social status actually is more enforced in MS than HS.
People finally grow up & realize that cliques don't really matter much.
Make sure you join a lot of clubs & hang out with a lot of different people-it'll get you off on the right track. =]

I wore on my acne medicine and my face BURNED! Is that ok? It probably is but on ET Canada long time ago it showed this lady who's face is going to scar for her life from acne medications because she felt her face burning and that's because it actually was!

Ok well yes i am having somewhat of a period problem deliema; ok well when i have my period i get these giant blood clots and they smell kinda weird is this normal??? I mean i got my period last year but now it is happening for the first time this month and i am really worried and i do not know if i should see a doctor or even tell my mother.... well please what should i do and what is wrong with me why am i having these blood clots???
