Okay...this is a really weird quesion....but how can i become a prep? (and i dont want to dye my hair...highlights are fine though) like i need tips on personality and looks. thanks:D

i personally dont think preps have a "Certain" type of personality. Me and my friends are preps and we are all completley different. As for the look , as everyone else is telling you preppy people mostly shop at abercrombie ,hollister and american eagle.

Being prep isnt just about clothes, its a personality thing. You shouldn't change your personality, but your choice :)

No one should give you tips on how to change your personality. Being "prep" doesn't mean only wearing Hollister or A&F. You don't need to be someone you're not but I'll answer your question anyways. If you really want to become a prep, be outgoing, fun, and girly. Be yourself and dress cute, do your make up & hair cute. Just don't lose the personality you have now because you still should be unique.

My advice is to take a look at the preps you know... How do the girls wear their hair, what types of shoes do they buy ect. Just take ideas from them. Preps are generally the all the same, exspensive clothes giggly personalities flirty lots of makeup. But certain styles vary from place to place so just follow the stereotype but make sure that your style matches everyone elses. I honestly think its silly to try and be like everyone else. There is nothing wrong with liking to be up with the trends and buying the clothes that you like just don't change who you are. It may gain you friends but the cliche is true, you want people to like you for you. Changing your personality is not only bad but its impossible. You can act but you cant change who you are.

hey, well a lot of preps have some type of bangs. they also wear polo shirts with popped collars. some of there favorite stores are: hollister, abercrombie, aeropostale, american eagle, and lacoste.

"Become"? How bout you just BE? like you know go with yourself and as long as you don't look like a goth and hate the world, tell people your a prep, and they'll buy it.
ORRR...you could:
Get a pink RAZR, SLVR, or PEBL, but not a KRZR. Not prep-like. make pink and white your "faves" and use words like "faves". Wear bronzing foundation and mascara and an eyeliner that matches your skin tone. Straighten, crimp, or curl your hair, but always spend AT LEAST 20 minutes on it. Use garnier shampoo and where light blue jeans and uggs (REAL ones). Try some layered tops with horizontal stripes and 2 ear piercings, a cartilage too.

Hey,
Just wear a lot of Hollister & Abercrombie & American Eagle & Aeropostale. They have all the "In looks" - which is what "preps" go for.
Straightening and scrunching hair is what "preps" usually do with their hair.
As for personality...just stay the same-why change that?
