i don't understand why guys like girls with the natural look. one of my best guy friends is a very popular guy. he's captain of the football, hockey and baseball team at his school. now i'd think he'd go for some hot blonde who looks like a barbie but not at ALL. he goes for all these girls who don't wear make-up. i'm like so confused! when i don't wear make-up i look very tired! i wear liquid eyeliner on the top lid of my eyes, and mascara. i wear blush every now and then & a bronzer. i honestly think i look better with makeup but now i'm having different thoughts. is it really true that guys think girls with barely any/no makeup are more attractive? i just dont understand how that is!
yes i know, weird isn't it? usually you'd think guys go for the glammed up looking girls. but there are guys out there that love simplicity. that's how my guy friend is. he tells me all the time that i look my best without makeup and with a t-shirt and jeans. i guess there are guys out there that just see how a girl's beauty truly shines underneath all the makeup and dressed up clothing, which is refreshing to hear. i actually have more appreciation and respect for guys like that cause it means they accept you just the way you are and that you don't always have to try to look good in front of them. but i completely understand what you're saying, i think i look better with make-up too. but hey, you can't change people's outlook on things, right? lol

i would definetly say shorts (just avoid crowdsurfing). you can get those soffee shorts, they're really comfy. if you were a shirt, wear light pastel colors except for white (people tend to throw water around). no flip-flops, go for sneakers for sure. you might want to bring a small bag cause there's loads of free stuff there & so that you could put in some merch that you wanna get. bring water and money. i brought water last year but it still wasn't enough and ended up buying more. avoid jewelry & wear little make-up if you can. have some sharpies with you too and paper, you're bound to meet bands.
i'll be wearing shorts, vans, and a tanktop. i wore skinny jeans and a tanktop last year & it was still hot.
basically, the best thing is to keep yourself cool. the last thing you want is a heat stroke.

i dont know if its because its getting warmer out, but lately, my eyeliner wears off by like the middle of the day. iapply a black pencil liner to the bottom and while in school it pretty much all wears off during the day. how can i stop my eyeliner from wearing off without reapplying it throughout the day? thanks!
you could dot some concealer underneath your eyes before applying your eyeliner. then you should set the eyeliner by dusting some eyeshadow of the same color over it with an eyeliner brush. so if you're wearing black eyeliner, then dab some black eyeshadow over it.

I've never been to a music festival or concert but there are a lot coming up that me and my friends want to go to during the hotter months. What sort of clothes should I wear?

always keep in mind:
- it will be hot.
- people will push you
- you will sweat.
i always go to concerts during the summer
and one time i wore jeans, vans & a tank top.
another time i wore red soffee shorts with a white shirt and red converse with big shades.
i lovee wearing soffee shorts since they're so comfortable and keep you cool. don't wear jewelry and try to stay away from make-up cause i'll just melt when you sweat. also try to wear shoes with laces or one that don't come off easily.

i'm wanting to learn guitar, but I'm left handed. is it possible for me to get a guitar and have people take the strings off and make it into a left handed guitar? and also do you know of any good instructional dvds that are specifically for left handed people on the acoustic guitar?
any other information regarding guitars would be appreciated.
i'm also left handed and i learned how to play the guitar like right handed people do. i think it's pretty cool when left handed people can play it the right hand way. i started two years ago and it's not that hard actually, you'll get used to is. and you should definetly start with acoustic.

either paint your nails really pretty
(especially with french tips)
so that you wouldn't want to bite them or ruin them.
also if you'd rather not paint them then put some acetone or nail polish remover on them.
i used to have this problem too and everytime i bit my nails they tasted so nasty witht the nail polish remover that i eventually stopped.

try showering with your bangs to the side.
and dry them to the side.
