Be honest i can take it trust me!
But i was kinda fooling around with cutting my hair, and decided to try for the Hayley Williams look. Can you guys please tell me if i did a good job, if not tell me what i can do to make it look better.
( My hair used to be the bright red but faded, im dyeing it like that soon)

Personally, I really despise the scene hairstyle that is so in fashion right now; however, like I said, it's very popular right now. I bet it's the most popular hair style right now, as a matter of fact. You achieve "scene" to perfection.
Anyway, I think you did a good job on looking Hayley Williams from Paramore. I'd say you'll fit in nicely at school with the new hairstyle too, so, kudos to you. Good job on looking like Hayley Williams.
I think the hairstyle looks like your brother took a pair of your mother's scissors to your head while you were sleeping. This is not to down YOU at all--for your own hair cutting in this style you did just as good as going to a professional stylist--but the style itself is, to me, awful. It seems like someone wanted to be oh-so-original that they just whacked off their hair here-and-there in a fit of delusional rage and claimed they did it on purpose. That's just my opinion, of course, and has absolutely nothing to do with you actually--just today's odd trends.
Anyway, as I said, you did achieve your goal of the Hayley Williams hairstyle.
