PunkieFreak4690 answered Thursday February 15 2007, 9:15 pm: What really works for me is Got2be Crazy sleek hair lotion. It protects my hair from thermal damage, and it also makes my hair smoother and flatter when I straighten it. It's amazing! =] [ PunkieFreak4690's advice column | Ask PunkieFreak4690 A Question ]
Bey answered Thursday February 15 2007, 7:30 pm: Although i know you said you wanted to just know what products to put on your hair to keep it from damaging I just want to add the bit of info. to let yo know you can put things on it to keep it from damaging so much but if you constantly put a flat iron on your hair yyou are going to damage it regardless. Try to use it as less as possible because it is just not healthy for your hair and nothing is going to change that. [ Bey's advice column | Ask Bey A Question ]
andalixsays answered Thursday February 15 2007, 7:26 pm: Try either Redken Satinwear or John Freida Brilliant Brunette Simply Sleek Straightening Balm. Both work wonders. I'd recommend the John Freida first. [ andalixsays's advice column | Ask andalixsays A Question ]

Make sure you use a 100% Ceramic Straightener. The other kinds make your hair fried :P
