I'm Christina, and I'm 27. I tend to be brutally honest when I give advice or an opinion. I don't tell people what they want to hear but rather what they need to hear. They don't always appreciate it at first, but I usually get a thank you in the end.

It's very much possible, but it's going to be diffucult. Just practice the sport, try to learn as much about it as possible & put your mind to it. If you practice a ton, you'll get better. If the kids on the team rag on you for not being good, don't down yourself about it. They probably weren't good when they first started either. Have fun!

im kind of confused by the way my boyfriend acts. most of the time it seems like he really likes me. at school, we ate lunch together every day and he always walked with me to class. now that its summer, he calls me every day and always wants to hang out. he's super affectionate when we're alone together, and also when we're around a few of his guy friends, or with another couple. but the weird thing is... whenever we're at a big party or with a whole bunch of people, he kind of ignores me. he leaves me by myself while he runs around and flirts with other girls. its like, when other girls are around, he doesnt want to act like he likes me. what do you think this means?? btw we're both 13 and have been going out for 1 1/2 years.

For the last few months I have been absolutely harassed by a variety of people. It is no longer avoidable or ignorable and I am sick of this. The situation of fighting is entirely new to me, but what else do I do. Where is best to punch her if she makes it into a full on fist fight. I have to stand up for myself here, I have had enough. No, talking this out isn't an option she needs to be put in her place. I am interested in full on aggressive behaviour for this.

Getting harassed is a reason to get upset, BUT no reason to get harassed & get yourself in trouble. If this has been happening to you for a while, why haven't you said anything to an adult about it? Do your parents know? How about school officials?

It might seem a little late to tell them now since school is ending, but it doesn't matter. Tell them anyways. Other than that, do what you're planning & if at all necessary to punch, get her in the jaw or something. But try not to fight too much.

When somebody is growing up they always say their parents tell them the story of the birds and the bees. My parents dont even know this story, and I hit puberty early. Like S_C said, it is most definitely human nature to label. Everyone does it; even people who hate labels. I hate labels, but I judge people most of the time. It's not usually by how they're dressed though. It's on what they say & how they act. If they come off as annoying, I tend not to hang out with them.

Stereotypes are all based on opinions & stupidity. Someone had an opinion a long time ago & it evolved into stupid people. Honestly, everyone does it & it's just to seperate yourself.

I'm brunette -- I'm not booksmart. I'm German -- I'm not a Nazi. I'm Puerto Rican -- I don't eat rice&beans constantly. I'm Native American -- I don't have a reservation or jump around fires hitting my mouth to make noises. And I'm also Ukranian, but I don't do whatever the stereotype for Ukranians is.

Honestly, I don't mind when people stereotype me though. Look at this way -- if people are THAT dumb to judge you by what you wear or how you look, then why would you want to be friends with them anyways? But you've gotta face it. Stereotypes will always be around. There's no way to get rid of them. Not everyone is going to be open minded about this topic, so it'll never change.

I use Photobucket to get my pictures onto here.

I take a picture, upload it to my computer, and then upload it to Photobucket. Anyways, once I upload it to Photobucket, I get the IMG code, and then I take the [IMG][/IMG] off the end of the code, and I go into Profile Settings on here [Under the Welcome, USERNAMEHERE!], and then put it into the correct slot & click Save Settings.

It all depends on the camera. I have a Digital Concepts camera, so it came out of a package, not a box like any other type of digital camera. I'm pretty sure I have a 1GB and it makes my camera hold 2,285 pictures.

i'm not sure if any other cities [or towns, as the one i'm in] do this, but every friday night at midnight at a local cinema, a theater company puts on the rocky horror picture show. one of my best friends goes almost every week, and this friday we're going. it's always themed, and everyone always dressed really provocativel/slutty. but other than that, i don't really know what it is. is it an actual show, like a play production, or is it a movie [although i know its based on the movies], or what. if anyone has any idea, that would be helpful (:

A lot of people recommend going to a gym to work out but like I don't know any gyms besides Extreme Fitness, in my area. (richmondhill/markham/toronto... etc.) if anyone knows any, that would help a lot :D!

Well, see if there's a YMCA or Bally gym where you live. If there isn't, Extreme Fitness would be good for you. You can find some people there that could help you target the areas you're looking to fix. If that doesn't interest you, see if there's a weight room at your school you could work out in.

I don't recommend drinking diet sodas though. The diet part makes them seem as if they're better for you, so you drink more which is actually doing more harm than drinking a normal soda. Plus they leave a crappy aftertaste & it sucks.

okay well I need very good advice on this quesitons so please try to understand my situation. Okay, well my pretty good friend is going out with this guy. I use to like him when I was around 9 but now I'm 14 & he's 15.. Well, they have been going out for about 2-3 weeks now. Well, me & him started talking through aim and stuff & I ened up telling him how I crushed on him before. A day later he tells me he "thinks" he likes me. So we talked,talked,talked blah & blah. Then he called me once & we stared talking for a long time & we finally got to know each other & figured out we have A LOT in common. & we were talking like a "couple" even though they are going out. But don't think I'm a man stealer or anything. He told me wayyyy before he even liked me that he was thinking of breaking up with her but doesnt know how. He tells me how she's like freaky taking about how she did "stuff" before & we all know thats a lie.I mean she's my friend & all but she's also been known to be a fakie. Anyways he's at some thing or whatever in Kentucy or whatever. & since his "girlfriend" is my friend she's been telling me how she really really misses him & how he's not calling while all this time me & him have been talking to like 3 in the morning & texting the whole day. This has been going on for about a week now. So I Guess what I need advice on is your opinion about the situation. Also, I dont know what I'm going through becasue i never felt like this before. This probably isn't what you want to hear, but I think that what you're doing is unfair to your friend.

I realize you've liked him before, but that was in the past & that's where it belongs. By developing feelings for him again, you're making things diffucult for their relationship.

Your friend likes him, so you should respect that & back off. Don't you feel bad? Don't you feel any ounce of guilt for what you're doing & what you've been doing?

Chances are, when she finds out about how you've been texting her boyfriend, IMing him, & calling him behind her back, she's going to hate you. But she's not only going to hate you for that; she's going to hate you for telling him that you love him too. But you're not the only she's going to hate, she's gonna hate him too.

So all in all, no, you should NOT go out with him. If you care about your friend, your reputation & yourself at all, you'll back off of this kid & stay out of their relationship.
