I'm like the biggest hypocrite ever because I'm totally drinking Diet Coke right now [Hahahaa] but ... Yeah, what the others said. Diet drinks aren't too healthy for you because of all the chemicals and I think that if you drink 2 or more Diet drinks a day then you loose braincells. Don't quote me on that though.

The sugar used in the drink.

I don't recommend drinking diet sodas though. The diet part makes them seem as if they're better for you, so you drink more which is actually doing more harm than drinking a normal soda. Plus they leave a crappy aftertaste & it sucks.

Wanna drink healthy? Drink VitaminWater or something like that.

The use fake sugar, like sucralose, or splenda, or sachcarine, or equal. they have a sweetness to them that is created with chemicals, and they have no calories. I don't recommend them. Some people think they leave an aftertaste. And they are made from chemcials or from a chemical process that is performed on real sugar. I avoid them myself.
