I don't recommend drinking diet sodas though. The diet part makes them seem as if they're better for you, so you drink more which is actually doing more harm than drinking a normal soda. Plus they leave a crappy aftertaste & it sucks.
Michele answered Wednesday June 27 2007, 1:52 pm: The use fake sugar, like sucralose, or splenda, or sachcarine, or equal. they have a sweetness to them that is created with chemicals, and they have no calories. I don't recommend them. Some people think they leave an aftertaste. And they are made from chemcials or from a chemical process that is performed on real sugar. I avoid them myself.
