Hey! My name is Ashlea. I've been a member on here for a few years. I'm 24 years old and have a little baby boy. I'm pretty outgoing and I love to joke around. I have a very strong sense of humor and I love making people laugh. I don't care too much about what other people think about me because in the end, you're all you got. Nothing else matters but your true opinion of yourself. I think everyone is beautiful in their own ways. I never look down on anyone nor do I judge people for their decisions or lifestyles.


I love to listen to music. That's probably the only reason I like driving, otherwise, It'd be boring as hell. I love spending time with my son. He is by far the best thing that's ever happened to me. He is my best friend and when I'm with him, nothing else matters. The whole world could pass me by, and as long as I have him, it doesn't matter one bit. He's the only one who can truly make me smile. I am truly happy because of him. I love spending money when I have it, and sometimes, that can be a bad habit. I love to write poems, and am told I am very good at it, but only when I'm upset or bothered by something. Lately, though, I have not written any. I also enjoy writing. I seem to have a way with words and I love how a paper sounds after I write it. It makes me sound more intelligent.(lol) I also like to watch movies, mostly comedy and drama...I hate action movies and boy-ish movies. Horror movies give me nightmares(yes, even at this age.) ...I like to go on the computer alot and I love meeting new people, so feel free to get in touch with me!


I hate people who think they are better than you, and people who are snobby or stuck-up. Having that attitude will never get you anywhere in life, and I look at it as a sign of immaturity. I like to be around people that within the first 5 minutes of talking to them you know that you will already feel comfortable with them because they are that down to earth. I can't stand people who criticize other people and their lives. Understand that you, as well, have things about your life that you do not like...so you wouldn't like it very much if people talked about you in a bad way, would you? We're all human, we all make mistakes and run into bad situations. Things happen that we can't control. These are all parts of life though and can be handled with the help of others, which is why negative criticism is not needed.

I believe that what you can't control, you have to let go. Too often we hang onto things when we have no control or power over its outcome, so in the end, life will take its course and we have to just go with it.


I guess some people would say I can be selfish at times, although I choose not to believe that(lol), and if things don't go my way, i WILL be upset. But, I also learn to get over it and move on. I love giving advice. Everyone I know say that's the one thing they love about me the most...I never judge anyone on any of their problems and I truly do enjoy helping people with their problems in any way I can. I will go to any extent I have to in order to help someone else. I have a habit of putting other people's needs ahead of my own. I have been giving people advice and helping people so much with their problems that I don't even get that GREAT feeling anymore from helping people. It's just in my nature and I am happy to just be able to be of some sort of help to anyone: stanger or friend.

ok..my guy friend tells me he kinda likes me.. and i had secretley kinda been crushin on him too.. so i told him..then he started talkin bout how we have a lot of things in common..and i thought he was gunna ask me out..but he still hasnt..i noe hes shy but he also noes that i think the guy should ask the grl.. i still like him and i think he still likes me but he jus wont ask me out..and like i said i still think the guy should ask the grl...help!!

the guy doesnt have to ask the girl!! theres nothing that sayz that!! i asked my boyfriend out and now weve been together for 2 yearz !!:)

i think hez just veryy shy and nervous about asking you out, even if he knowz yu say yes..itz a very hard thing to do for some ppl and you have to give him time..or maybe talk to him about it so that neither one has to ask eachother out..it can be a mutual thing..

have a halloween party/birthday party!!

or you can have a bday party at yur house an just hang out with all yur friendz and all..thatz alwayz fun!!

or you could have it at a rec center, hall, or any other type of event thing!!

A little less then two months ago I found out my cousin was raped and i've been having some trouble dealing with it.I'm really close to this cousin , she's liek my best friend.when i first found out i just started crying , i couldnt even look at anyone for a copuple days.That i had to cry myself to sleep.i used to live in a house with her in when i was younger,i lived on the bottom and she lived on the top.Whenever i think about her and her baby i cant help but cry and its so hard for me to look at her without crying.I cant help but think maybe if i hadnt moved away i would have been with her and i could have stopped the jerk who did this to her.I seem to be the only person in my family who thinks she can finish high school and still take care of her baby.i mean its her family thier supose to be supportive of her.She was raped when she was 14 and had her baby when she was 15.She was born about 3weeks ago.I still cant help but worry about her and feel like i could have done something and i should tell my parents to be more supportive of her and stop thinking so negative.I couldnt even talk to my best friend about this w/o feeling stupid so if anyone has any advice for me, please send it.

dont worry...its not your fault about any of this!! its noones fault but that jerkz fault that did this to her!!

and..yes i think you should talk to yur parents about this and let them kno that it hurts you to hear them say that she cant still attend school AND take care of the baby..tell them to plz just support her and have a little more faith in her than that.

and..i kno its gon be very hard to look yur friend in the face without crying for a while..but plz dont stay distant from her cuz if theres anytime she needs yu..itz now..so stick by her side!!

Ok so there was this 3v3 thing and a lot of people on my soccer team made teams. I didnt know about this intill like 3 days ago and a ton of people made a teama and no one asked me to play with them! i know its not cuzz im bad..im better then most of the girls that r on 3v3 teams and i have been on my real soccer team for 4 years now...ever sence the team started well i just wanted to ask how comeone no one asked me to be on there team when im better then a lot of the other girls!

possibly bc maybe they are sort of disliking yu at the moment..do you act conceided about being better? do you brag about your talents not noticing you are hurting others feelings?? .. if yu do either of those thing..then that culd be it...and also, maybe they are just jealous of how good of a player you are, cuz we all know that jealousy creates hate.

i always feel lonely even though my friends and family always say im preety i mean there nothing wrong with me its just thati feel lonely.

i know exactly how you feel..itz like..no matter who is around you and no matter how many ppl love you..for sum reason..you just cant be happy anymore.

im not exactly sure if its normal for ppl to feel this way but im pretty sure that at one point or another EVERYONE goes thru this sorta thing..

Do any girls know of anything I can do to get rid of cramps? Im having them really severely and its hard to move. Thanks.

leave a heating pad on your tummy where the pain is for how ever long it takez to get the pain to go down!! that ALWAYS works for me..actually, itz the ONLY thing that workz at all for me!! i love heating padz cuz the hot heat goes to just the right spots and makes the pain go bye-bye !!

for me it usually takez about 20 minutes for the pain to slow down while using a heating pad...i sometimes take a nap while its on my belly and its soo relaxing and helps bunches!!

OR...yu can always take ibruprofen or another medicine that takez crampz away such as Midol. those things work for some ppl also.

Ok i was wondering on some of the columns theres different kinds of layouts. Like your header is in the middle top or your header is on the left of the page. I wanted to know if u could change that or somethin.

Yup..just go to Column Settings and mess around with the Styles section. there will be a list of about 4 or 5 diff styles already made for us, so you can just click preview and view them and if you like them, you can click use.!!
