I'm in 7th grade too...and I really don't think there is anything you can do about it. I haven't heard of any hormone pills that make a guy not feel 'horny'. Best advice I can give you is to deal with it.

Ask her if she likes you. If you're too shy to ask her, then ask one of her closest friends. If you find out that she does like you, ask her out. Oh yeah, one more thing, it's alright to get horny. well, you should just find out if she lykz yu...maybe by asking a friend to ask her if yur shy or by simply talking to her and seeing how she acts..if she flirts or anything!
and yur at an age where yur hormones are starting to react alot more than usual, so itz normal to get horny off small thingz and everything, but wenever you get horny around her..just try talking to her and maybe that will help!!
