well for this site, it's when you have sum1 take a picture of you (or use the mirror image) of you holding up a sign saying this is (your advice name) I'm The One n Only, or sumthin, that way we'd have proof, but u'd like have to change it every month, cuz others would want to copy the pic if they like u, and pretend to be u
