I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

I really like this guy we'll call Jason. I told my friend and she claims she likes him too. She keeps telling me she dsen't like him but i fooled ehr on this crush calculator thing and her 1st one was Jason!
Well my friend is in 7th grade and I'm in 8th and the guy is in 7th.

There's really no need to confront her. Just forget that you ever found out about your friend liking him and go about your business pursuing Jason. She can't get mad at you for pursuing him if she would never truly admit to you herself that she liked him, because no one's a mind reader. If you two do end up dating, then you might want to talk to her about it, but until then, there's no need to.
He's not "too young" for you... though if you guys went out and it lasted it would make things harder when he's in middle school and you're in high school next year. Don't let an age year difference stop you if you really like him, regardless.

You should tell him that an untrustworthy person would have just pretended that she didn't like anyone else and let him live a lie. A trustworthy person is honest and you were really trying not to hurt him by waiting to get back with him until you were over this other guy for sure. He's not going to forgive you unless he really wants to, though, so the best you can hope for is that he decides to, and if he doesn't, you don't really have control over it and will either just have to wait until things cool off a little or move on.

i met this guy, brad - we met through friends and i found out he liked me, so i started liking him. we were amazing together. i really fell for him. we were always together, he was so sweet. and so funny - then one day it just ended. he said he couldnt date me. i was pretty upset but i went on with my life i guess even tho i still liked him. after that we were just friends, but every once in a while we would be "together" again for like a week and then, after that wed just be friends again i do everything for him - and now hes just such an asshole to me. hes all over girls in front of me. and it hurts because i still feel so much for him, i never got any closure. and its not fair. i dont understand what these whores have that i dont? even his friends tell me hes stupid for doing this to me - and now ive become like bestfriends with all his friends. theyr all so good to me except him, so i see him like everyday. i dont know. what the hell is this guys problem? He's a stupid boy who doesn't know what he wants, like 99% of the rest of the teenage population. I know that sounds cynical, but it's true. A lot of times guys don't even know why they themsevles are doing stupid shit, they just do it! Many times, it comes down to being afraid of getting hurt and being committed and they close themselves off. It's something that he will change himself when he matures enough to, but there's nothing you can really do about it.
I say go for one of his friends, since they're all so nice to you. That will screw with him so badly, and he'll want you back, but by then you will have realized what a unworthy jerk he is and probably won't care. Revenge can be sweet. hehe

First of all, please don't give me the evils or alcohol or drugs or any crap like that, I'm of legal age where I live.
Secondly, about a month ago, I got drunk. This was the first time I got actually drunk with a hangover and all. I used to drink before that and ocassionally got tipsy but this time I let all self control go and downed a two six of Smirnoff with my friend. I threw up and was sick all of the next day.
About a week later, I took a sip of Vodka again and promptly threw up. Now, everytime I thing about drinking Vodka, I feel like I know I'm going to be ill.
New Years is coming up and I bought a lot of alcohol and now I'm afraid I won't be able to drink it. Can any one find a remedy for this? The thought of not being able to drink is thoroughly depressing. (link)

Maybe it's just with vodka. It's some pretty nasty stuff. Maybe if you just stick with fruitier drinks with some type of other hard liquor in them you'll be okay? Fruitier drinks or "chick" drinks allegedly always give worse hangovers though due to all the sugar, so be careful with that. I don't know what you think about beer but that's a good deal different from vodka.
Either way, I've become sick once off of vodka and I had the same thing you did for a while, but it does go away completely after a month or two. I still stay away from it though...it tastes horrible and just isn't worth it to me.

Okay, here's the story:
when i was 9 years old, i found out that i had a sister, named Elisabeth. she is now 20, and i'm 13. I have only seen her 3 times in my entire life, why? because she hates me. Now i know alot of you are gonna say "but she DOES love you" she doesnt. She absolutely hates me. She never gives me her number, nor her email. She hides from me--litteraly! she lives in my state (i THINK) but i dont know where. My dad has no contact with her, and my mom isnt related to her at all. So my sister ends up hanging out with my cousin, (FYI my cousin is like, Miss. Perfect and is really nice, etc.) like the sister she never got. Now i'm tired of crying, but i do love her. Crying won't make her love you. If she won't make you worth her time, why let her take up yours? Ok, i recently posted a "get advice" thing because my sister hates me, and wanted to know what to do about it. So i started to talk to my friend, Mel who is REALLY good with advice, and i went on and on on how horrible my life was and she said:

Be back on later." and i totally can relate, but i just REALLY hope i dont lose her friendship. Like, she's really the only person who understands me, and has been there for me. I really dont want to lose her. And i thought since we were such good friends i could just sorta cry on her shoulder, when it turns out she was the one who wanted to cry i guess. What do i do? i called her house, but her brother said she was sleeping, although i really dont think she was. What i want to know is, 1. how do i know she'll still be my friend, and 2. what do i do when i need to get this off my chest? cause i obviously need someone to talk to :(

I don't want to sound like a bitch, but you never considered this possibility? Do you really expect a 16 year old boy to know what he wants, let alone be mature enough to take responsibility for a serious relationship AND a child? You're going to need to start planning your own life without him because he probably won't always be there. Most who become fathers when they're teens don't stick around. While I do believe that people can honestly love each other at any age, people change so much when they're young that shit happens and things end. Most of the time, they don't last. Do they ever? Yes, but the odds are against them and that's why it doesn't happen too often. When people get married really young, especially to someone they've been with since high school, many times they feel like they've missed out or wonder what it's like to be with someone else, and end up cheating or just being completely unhappy and resenting their spouse.

It's been building up to this point, as you've said she's just become meaner over the years. Try hanging out with some new people for a while. No, you have every right to be upset. It really sucks not being able to see the one you care about, and it sucks even more knowing that they probably wouldn't care either way. You need to talk to him about where this relationship is going, because it doesn't sound like it's making any progress. It might be time to let go, but you won't know unless you really talk to him about it first...

Don't listen to that last person. It is dangerous if the guy cums inside of you, but it does NOT automatically mean you're pregnant, it just greatly increases the chances.
If you mean that you have never had a period yet, the chances that you could get pregnant are very slim, but it is still possible. You must take into consideration that even if you've never had a period, your body might be getting ready to start it and therefore becoming able to produce children.
In the future, be careful and try to use some form of birth control, even if you still haven't had a period yet, just to be safe.

I think a book would be better than a web site. You most likely can get a guitar for dummies book in a book store or online for 10 or 20 dollars. In the end, it's probably worth it compared to the lack of quality you'll likely find on the internet.

Approximately two weeks after your period starts. Not to get too graphic here, but when your discharge gets especially gel- ish like and sticky, it means you're ovulating, which is when you're most fertile. They make monitors to tell you when you're most fertile, if you want to be really dead on about it. I think they're found somewhere near the pregnancy tests in drug stores. Good luck!

I like down to earth kind of scents..like things from crabtree and evelyn. Miracle is all right too... honestly though, I don't think he gives a crap about your perfume. A lot of guys don't. Go with whomever you get along with better and find more interesting. Don't go with someone for superficial reasons like age and looks. If you think things might go somewhere with the 16 year old, make it very clear what your boundaries are BEFORE you date. If he doesn't respect them from the start, you know that he probably isn't the greatest person for you to date. Don't automatically assume he'll be a pig, though. Give him a chance to prove he's a good guy.
