I'm almost out of concealer, and it dpesn't even really work well. You could still see the redness and it dried weird. (I forgot what kind it was because the logo thing faded I had it for so long lol) k so I was wondering what kind I should get that works good. Hey,my name is Rachel and iam 17 years old and my granny is ruining my life I know that she is 88 years old,but I don't think this is an excuse for what she is doing to me and the rest of my family.my granny tells me that iam to fat for my own good and talks really bad about my mom and my sisters.on my 17th b-day she made me cry becouse she told me that my mom didn't love me or care about me.I know it's not true,but it still bothered me that my granny would say something like that to me her youngest granddaughter.my 36 year old cousin helped me feel better when my granny made me cry.my granny also tells my aunt how to do things in her own house even though she is 68 years old and she stands over my couse like a hawlk while she folds dirty clothes.If I don't make my bed or fold my dirty clothes she yells at me what should I do.I have to deal with this every weekend all weekend and Iam fed up with her nonesince what should I do?

If noone knows she's saying stuff like this to you, then firstly, you need to tell them. Secondly, although it may seem wrong, your grandma is best ignored. She is bitter and old fashioned, probably lives in the past, is selfish and probably wants everything her own way. It's horrible to admit it, but i have dealt with the same thing in the past. Now, I keep out of her way. I obviously still love her and will help her, but when she gets too involved with my life, that's it. I go and do my own thing despite what she says or thinks.
Don't let her get to you. There's a chance she might not realize how harsh she is actually being.
If it's worth talking to her, then do it. I really do hope everything works out for you though. I know how hard it is!
alright, i got my nose pierced in march, for the
second time, the first time i took it out too soon
and it closed up. anyways, ive had it in for about
5 months, i had a fake nosering in, the one they
pierced me with in the first place, but im really
sensitive and cant have anything fake in my nose,
so i put in this solid white gold ring and it was
doing completely fine, for 5 months. then recently,
within the past week theres been this bump outside
my nose, i woke up this morning and it was HUGE.
so i took out the ring and put some cleaning stuff
on it, and now its all puss filled, i know it sounds
gross but if you have alot of piercings youd be used
to hearing this kind of stuff, anywayss.
tomorrow my mom is taking me to get it lanced?
is there anything i can do in the meantime to help
the swelling and stuff, is it possible to keep the
ring in? i rly dont want to close it, again.
I have a nose piercing, and what you've explained is just one of those things that happens to some people, unfortunately.
Try to keep the swelling down by ice packs and make sure it's clean. That's all you can do really before you seek help tomorrow.
Hopefully you won't need to retire your piercing either.
hey, im a 14/f. 7 months ago, my boyfriend & i had sex. & now im pregnant. my parents kicked me out of their house & now i am living with at boyfriend's house. his parents are really supporting us with my pregnancy. my boyfriend says that he is gonna take responsibility for me & the baby. he is 16 years old & he has been workin two full time jobs. so he works all day. we are saving money for our new apartment that we are going to move into next month. i was also working a full time job, but now i had to stop because of my pregnancy. we are saving money to buy clothes & furniture for the baby. the baby is healthy & we are really excited. my bf asked me to marry him, and i said yes. we are getting married next month. my parents and his parents are going to help with the wedding. the thing is that im worried he is going to dump me. just like in movies. i know this is reality, but i just want to know if there is any chances he might dump me. he is really sweet, hes happy & everything. he is always telling me how much he loves me & our baby & that he is always going to take care of us. he is really responsible. i say he is the perfect daddy & husband. he already started buying clothes for the baby. i just want to know if there is any chances he might dump me. thank u for your advice.

You are young.. and you do realize times will change. It's okay for him. If anything does happen and he leaves, it will be you who's left holding the baby.

Hello, I have two hickies from my boyfriend and I really really don't want my parents to see them, I try putting on make up but can totally see I'm wearing a bunch of make up and you can still kinda see the hickes!! Any tip to make them go away faster??
The only real way to get rid of it is to let it heal and gradually fade!
However, in the mean time;
Put ice on it as it makes the skin go normal colour and apply skin cream or vitamin E.
Dab concealer (not foundation) on it and blend evenly.
I've also heard if you brush it (lightly with an actual brush!) it helps take away the colour and makes the blood flow :) Give it a try!
Also, if you have long hair, wear it down to not attract attention to it. Or wear Tshirts with collars!

My dad is mad at me because I bought a bathing suit that cost $35. It was really good quality and material, and it's the one I've been wanting for a month now! It's really pretty and I don't have ANY other bathing suits that fit me. I think $35 for both pieces is cheap considering at American Eagle they are much more then that. Do you think it's a good price? My dad flipped out on me! He said to go to Walmart and get $10 ones, but personally I think all the clothes at Walmart are crap and they arn't even worth $15 ! How do I explain that $35 is a good price for a bathing suit, and even though Walmart's is cheaper, it's not good quality. He said if I can think of 3 good reasons to why the bathing suit is worth $35 I can keep it. Help?

My friend has been having these dreams about her friends dying. She's told one of them. He didn't die, but 2 others did. I don't necessarily think it's her dreams...but maybe fate's telling her something.
Rachna is my friend with these dreams. We're both very good friends with Alex, a boy who asked me out and I said yes(Rachna likes him too, but claims she'll get over it).
So, it started last night. She was IMing me telling me "he's dead." I didn't know WHO was. She said, "I killed him" and I got a little frightened and asked who. "Ishan" she said. Ishan is like one of the closest people in Rachna's life. She claimed it was her dreams who killed Ishan.
"I had a dream and maybe if I just told him he wouldn't have died" she was hysterical between sobs. "I told Alex and he didn't die. I didn't tell my cousin and she died." I felt very sorry.
We stayed up for hours and talked about how she can't change her life and attitude. Rachna's Goth, and she's saying "I'll act all happy and wear pink every day".
Especially since we made a deal saying Alex didn't like me and if he did, I'd have to be a Barbie at Rachna's wedding.
Apparently, there's no wedding. Because "Before I ever find love or get married I'll kill myself and be found in a box on the streets".
Ishan was in Ireland when he died (got hit by a drunk driver), and Rachna was in New York. What could she do? Call Ishan and say "Hey I had a dream you were gonna die, stay away from the streets, k bye"?
Thing is, Rachna won't let me tell Alex and she won't tell Alex. But since Alex is my really good friend I just kind of have an urge to tell him.
Rachna's last words on AIM was "I'm sorry Jordan, I really am" and she signed off.
I haven't slept well last night at all, and I feel so terrible. Damn these drunk drivers, causing so many people misery!!!!!

Dreams are complicated, but once interpreted, alot turn out to reveal deeper meanings that person is feeling. She might not even be aware of her feelings, and this is the only way they are coming out and becoming known - through dreaming.
It is quite a complicated matter. But explain to her she needs to think beyond her dreams and realize they mean different things. Death isn't a bad thing to dream about. Infact, it is very common.
But at this time in her life, let her know you are there to talk. and reassure her again it's not her fault.

It is possible for your period to come on if you are regular.
You could always wear a tampon if you are in the pool, or see your doctor. He/she will help you postpone your period, so you don't have to worry!
Im just checking if anything is wrong with me or anything. lol. Im not sure what it could be or if its nothing really. Well, lately i have been getting dizzy a lot. Sometimes when i first get up from sleeping. When Im watching T.V. ill get up and then ill get really dizzy when i get into my kitchen to the point when i know its coming now. I also get really dizzy when its hot outside. Its not hard for me to get dizzy, and i can feel it coming. When i do get dizzy it lasts a while and sometimes i loose my balance, well, most of the time i do. Im not sure what it is, or if i have to worry about it at all.. If anyone knows or has any ideas of what it could be or if you have any suggestions please let me know. Sorry its so long.
Many people have "dizzy spells" when they've been sitting/laying down and then get up. It can also distort vision, but goes off after a few seconds.
However, it could be a number of things and a very small amount are actually serious, so try not to worry.
Things it could be:
Problems with the inner ear, viral infection, low blood pressure, anxiety (are you worried or stressed about something?) etc..
But see your doctor and get yourself checked over. He might give you something to prevent your dizziness!

It's advised you use condoms as well anyway, to prevent you contracting sti's/std's.
