Liquid Eyeliner

What's a good brand for liquid eyeliner [with a felt tip]? Mine..the brush tip is falling apart. It comes out when i try to apply it and it smears.

i saw one in cvs that looked good and i'm pretty sure it was physicians formula.

Cover girl has one.

It wasnt very expensive, only about maybe 4 dollars. It has a felt tip and its great!

There's lots with a felt tip. Just a case of looking around really and seeing what one would work best for you and what price range it's in I remember having rimmel before. It was a felt tip and easy to put on :)
