Hi my name is Angel, that's my real name. I'm a young adult now, I've had this advice column for years, but I made another one under the name anq3l_xo when I thought I couldn't access this one. A little bit about myself. I am a student, both in college and high school. I work as a nanny part time. I want to be a lawyer when I "grow up." I believe I've done a lot of growing up in my short life. I have conquered an obsession over drugs and alcohol in the last year and a half. I'm sober now and I wouldn't trade that for the world. I'm happy now. I'm in an absolutely blessed relationship with someone that I truly care about and love with all of my heart. I have been through things that you kids have nightmares about. I have seen, heard, and witnessed a lot of things that would make full grown men cry. I believe that I am innocent now, because I don't live that old lifestyle anymore. I have a lot of experience in a lot of things, and I've always been good at shedding light on dark situations. I come from a broken family, so I have step, half whatever siblings, and I just recently reunited with my real mother after she abandoned me 10 years ago. I have amazing friends today, but it wasn't always like that. I have a wonderful boyfriend and a great relationship with him, but let me tell you, it wasn't always like that. My sister is a drug addict/ alcoholic of the worst type. She's my best friend in the entire world, and I hope this 14 year old girl doesn't have to go through what I went through. I've come to understand that I can't help her, but I can help others through advice and by being of service to people around me. Recently, I broke up with my boyfriend because I was always thinking of someone else. I know it's a lame excuse for breaking up with someone, but, that's why I did it. unfortunately you cant keep a guy that is going to cheat on you ... if you think hes cheating on you, and you guys both can talk to eachother, he should admit that he was/is cheating on you, if he seems suspicious in any way, then you need to confront him, if you find out that hes cheating on you, then its going to be hard to forgive because if he'll do it once he'll do it again, so just remember that, if he lied to you, that's also another thing, but if hes still in another relationship, you should probably tell him to wait a while before deciding to get with you.. i really hope that i helped at least a little and i hope that your boyfriend isnt cheating on you and things work out for the two of you. -Angel

you dont need to rate if you really want advice, but I can't really help you with the whole acne thing, but I can reccommend Neutrogena, that's pretty good, but the teeth whitening I would talk to your dentist about, I talked to mine and he gave me free teeth whitening that I tried yesterday and it already works. I'm prety sure you are not pregnant, you wouldn't have a bulge by now at least you need to mention if your having more symptoms of pregnancy also, if you've experienced morning sickness, odd cravings at weird times, you're getting more hungry, stuff like that, but just throwing up could mean that you're sick and the bulge below your bellybutton, I highly doubt that you're pregnant but if you're this worried about it then you should proabably take a pregnancy test. What do i do when i hate my parents???
I have a question about what i should do in a very odd situation. I am moving from Cali to colorado springs with my stepdad and mom whom i both hate for many different reasons. I will be away from my friends and my dad. i will miss my dad but he is not in a situation where i can live with him but if worse comes to worse should i emancipate myself. .if not what should i try to do to make the situation better with no sucking up involved cuz that just is not in my personality.

talk to your parents, if you really cant live with your dad, then live with your mom, but if you feel like you would like to emancipate yourself, its hard, but if I were you i would do it where all my friends are, so its really upto you, but if you really cant stay with either set of parents, maybe find a different relative?
