Hey i'm Leah and i'm 16/F. Okay, so me and my ex were together or almost 2 years we broke up like 6 months ago. We haven't talked for at least 5 months and we had a really love/hate relationship, but we were like eachothers best friend. I still LOVE him soo much and i've tried calling him but he wont talk and were not aloud to talk to each..his parents hate me and mine hate him were not aloud to be around eachother..What should i do? Should I just let go..?

I'm currently on a swim team and eatin much healthier, but today my friend and I went to the pool and she only brought sodas to drink it was very hot so I broke my 3 week chain of no sodas. I feel terrible, I also ate a few cookies, how can I keep from eating the bad stuff when the oppurtunities right in front of me? .. Ill rate :]

just dont over do it...strict diets dont get you anywhere. i dont drink soda cuz it kinda makes me sick, so if you want some, dilute it with water. gross, but good all at the same time. instead of avoiding, replace it with water or propel or something you can eat like fruit or somthing.

What should I do?I really like him, should I go out with him or do what my friends want and not even talk to him? HELP!!!

I'm working out more, and I'm off sodas and sugar, but I want to know, what are some good or okay foods to eat for like, lunch, dinner that I could actually convince my mom to make for dinner or lunch? Also, what are some good or okay foods I can prepare and actually like for lunch? *btw, I get sick when I eat seafood, so I can't eat any type of fish.* I'Ll rate HigH!

salads...you can have them anywhere and the only fat thing on it is the dressing. try stuff from weight watchers, they have all kinds of food that are ok for people on diets.

I'm on my period right now, and I'm feeling pretty crappy. Okay, I was having REALLY bad cramps for awhile before I actually started. I usually have some cramps before I'm on my period (which kind of tells me that I'll be starting soon), but these were horrible, I was having them all week before I actually started, and I couldn't sleep one night (I eventually started that night though). And I feel really sick in the stomach. Last month I actually vomited while on my period. And this month I feel the same way. I can barely eat anything, or I'll feel sick in the stomach, like I'm going to vomit at any moment. Whats wrong? 16/f

yeah its true, guys like slutty girls...but they love girls that are themselves. dont try to be like her...being a tease is a bunch of bullshit and youll end up losing your friends and this guys interest. if theres 2 of you, its not original or anything. as for confident, try walking taller or simply smiling at him more.

i want to know what kind of guitar to get. not too expensive, but not really cheap. and also what kind of amp? i have no idea about anything, but i really want to get a guitar and then take lessons to learn how to play. a friend of mine has an ibanez. im pretty sure thats what it was called...so anyways is that a good kind? anything about guitars would help me out a lot. also..is there other kinds besides bass? im not going to be in a band or anything, maybe one day since my friend is already in one, but so is bass what i want? or what? please just tell me anything i need to know...and what to get. thanx!

well when your first starting out i dont recommend gettin anything expensive..a lot of times they end up collecting dust after a few months. try a yamaha to begin with if you want acoustic. ask your friend what they need in the band but if you are going to be playing bass, i think you should learn to play classical first because of the strings...steel will kill your fingers at first...nylon is good. im sure the people sellin the guitars can help you choose one.

you sound confused...stay with him for a bit longer and see what happens. if it just sucks, tell him you would rather be friends...i think he'd rather hear that than see you with his friend or just feel used.

ok well i was 16 at the time same age as now and i have a feeling that after i went swimming with my x bf he turned of me! I was not hairy or anything i mean i shaved before hand and waxed but i duno he seemed to have acted strange after that i have a feeling its because i was over weight at the time but i was not huge. Sorry I rewrote it as you couldn’t read it well..
i have never got on with my dad very well from a young, i didnt like something he did (it was sick and twisted) so i told him and he didn't seem to get the message to stop, so i said stop or i'm running away. he didn't stop.. so i did what i said and ran away, my friends. dad was there and he knew everything that had been going on and said he would hit my dad if he didnt stop. so my dad being like 1/5 of his size stoped, this was like 18 months ago now ever since he has been trying to like get me back i use to cut myself and he knew everytime it didnt change anything though its like i'll be on the phone he'll shout... i'll be on the computer he'll shout and make up things when i yell back he'll just say that im over reacting and twisting what he is saying.. hes always taking my phone off me grounding me for things i havent done.
e.g. i got the wrong coat out the cupboard he grounded me for 6 months from ahving or going to a sleep over.
i use just my folk at dinner yesterday and not with the knif he goes who out ya friends have you got that off then i just went no one and walked out the room saying fine then i wont eat at all.
he didnt offer me any food all night.
my mum doesnt do anything about it she just says its your dad and its how he does things.
when i go see my councellor she just says look what your parents are going through and im just like there punishing me for something I haven’t done.
i endded up in hospital in dec for taking an overdose and my parents just told the nurses i had fallen out with my friends (making me look stooped) my dad just didnt want to get in trouble.
he blames me for everything and i think its just to do with what happened like 18 months ago i seriously cant do anything right i walk in the room and he'll say something. he hasn't been talking to me for the last 2 weeks because i do everything wrong and i just dont know what to do anymore im only 14 i cant move out or anything im just stuck here being blamed and punished. i have a sister (16) but she dont care she only thinks about herself and does everything our parents say and they never say anything to her even if she does something wrong if i were to do that they would ground me, im always being grounded or told off for something and its just taking over me right now.. is there anyway i can get out of here, or at least stop my dad from trying to take over my life??

hey dont make threats against your parents...it will only make matters worse. if your dad doesnt talk to you, dont talk to him. you need to give each other some space. i know what its like to not do "anything right" and it might just be that your dad is having trouble with somthing or he just has no idea what hes doin raising a teenager. theres not much you can do but here are some options: go to a friends place, stay at a safe-house, totally ignore them and lock yourself in your room, "practice running" like for xc and really just leave the house for the day. whatever you do, dont say your gonna kill yourself because that will et you in trouble with both councelors and your family. hope this helps.
