is Glacéau VitaminWater actually good for you or a total lie?

It is good for you, but not as good as it sounds.
While it does have a lot of vitamins, it also has sugar in it. But it's much better than soda. =]
EDIT.
There are 50 calories per serving.
And ther person above added correctly, you'd find that there are 125 per bottle, because there are 2.5 servings altogether.
Also, if the person above me had read the label, which I HAVE IN FRONT OF ME. She'd have a correct answer.

My friend has brown eyes, and she makes them sand out a lot. Here's what she uses:

- black eyeliner.
- dark purple or green eyeshadow.
- tan/beige eyeshadow.
- pink eyeliner (occasionally, mixed with the black)
- dark brown mascara.

She does smokey eyes, but not super smokey.
I don't know how to explain it.
But it looks really nice =]

What are some Cardio exercises I can do at home without using a bike I don't have one :(

Also how long should I do this a day and how many times should I do it?

Stairs, like said below. But do it for about a half an hour. Make sure you warm-up and cooldown, too.

I charge between 6 and 8 dollars an hour.
And yes, I'd charge more with extra kids.

To start ,you upload the picture you want
from the computer,
onto a picture-sharing site,
I use tinypic.com

then you use the link that says something about layouts.
Then, go to
"Profile Settings" on this site,
Copy & paste the url into the
"URL of a picture of you" section.
Then click save and you're done =]

And for the background.
It's the same thing,
only you paste the url into the
"Background URL" part under column settings.

ughh so i have a Samsung t619 from Tmobile. i havent had any probs with it but tonight i got a text msg and now everytime i try to open my inbox it freezes and shuts itself off! the msg is jus a normal msg from someone i kno its not like a forwarded thing or anything.. soo whats going on and how can i get to my inbox to make it stop freezing? if it makes a difference i got Bluetooth today and connected it tonight but even after i disconnect it my inbox is still freezing my phone. ughh irritating!

btw - im technology challenged lol soo use simple terms in your answer =]

I just shut it off and then turned it back on.
You've probablytried that, but have you made sure it's fully charged?
It probably isn't bluetooth, cause I mess with that all the time and it dosen't screw my phone up.

people are always saying that at our age, we can't really be in love, or that we're too young to know what love is. like when a couple starts going out, and they put "i love matt" and "i love alyssa" on their myspace, a lot of people say its stupid. ok maybe its not like "true love", the kind where you marry someone... but if you really, really like someone a lot, isnt that sort of a type of love? and what if youve been with someone for a really long time, even though youre only 13? me and my bf have been together for almost 2 years and i think what we have is a lot more than just "liking each other a lot." we've been through a lot together, and we've had problems, but we've always worked them out. we're like best friends and cant stand to be apart. if thats not love, then what is? and if its not, then how old do you have to be to really be in love?

Well, what I think,
is when a couple puts that somewhere, they shoule mean it. When you say I love you, you should really mean it. You shouldn't just say it for show. Nowadays, love is used so freely, nobody knows what it is anymore.
I think you can find love at any age,
but too often young people, like yourself,
lust after it. People say it, but don't neccessarily mean it. I mean, if you've been together 2 years,
even though you're still young, yes, it is more than just 'I like you, you like me'
But that dosen't mean it's true love.
I don't know how you feel inside, maybe it is love. Maybe it isn't.
You could just really have a strong relationship and strong feelings for one another.
But it dosen't mean you have to label it love.
There isn't any defined age at which you fall in love, but I think that 13 is a bit young to be in love for real.
You're still maturing and growing up.
But if this isn't love, as you grow older,
you will fall in love.
And when you do, you'll know =]

Okay, for my birthday I got a Ouija board, but I've been hearing bad things about it after I got it. One of my friends said that the Devil tries to trick people on it. My other friend says it's to talk to spirits. I think they're kinda weird thinking that because the directions say it's like an 8 ball, it tells fortunes. It says it has nothing to do with ghost or anything. I'm kinda mad too, cuz everybody I know is saying, "The Ouija board is cursed," or "People have died from playing that game!" It's funny because I've already freaking played it two days ago. And I'm still alive, not tricked, and haven't talk to spirits. Can sombody help me with this? I need opinions on this Oujia board game. It is just a game, right? Plz answer!

There's this boy 'tom' that I like. He liked me last year and we were 'talking' at one point last summer. We stopped for a little, and this kid 'mike' liked me as well. Me and him started talking and ended up dating. Because of this, Tom got mad at me, and stopped talking to me. Me and Mike ended up breaking up, and me and Tom started talking again. I had really liked him a lot at this point. After we told eachother we liked eachother, we just stopped talking completely. Then a few months later we talked again, and he told me he was hurt from what happened in the summer, and we stopped again. Once again we started talking, and actually kissed! I guess you could say that made things 'awkward', and once again stopped. We havent 'talked' like that since, but we do talk, which makes me still like him, a lot, but im afraid to tell him because i dont want us to stop again, but hes all i think about!? any advice for this situation? =/ please help ! thankss xoxo

Start off by apologizing for what happened with 'Mike'.
Tel him this kid meant nothing compared to him.
Then, I'd ask him what's up?
Why he dosen't talk to you at points?
Is he uncomfortable with the fact you like each other, or what?
I'd tell him you like him and see what he says.
If he stops talking to you, confront him.
But don't hide your feelings,
life's too short to sit & wonder what could've been =]
