hey im new at this advice thing. how do you make the pic of yourslef bigger on your site and how do you get cooler layouts things like yours?

I just answered this question, so i'll sopy & paste my answer =]

To start ,you upload the picture you want
from the computer,
onto a picture-sharing site,
I use tinypic.com

then you use the link that says something about layouts.
Then, go to
"Profile Settings" on this site,
Copy & paste the url into the
"URL of a picture of you" section.
Then click save and you're done =]

And for the background.
It's the same thing,
only you paste the url into the
"Background URL" part under column settings.
