You should try sim only deal. I got the same problem before but when I subscribed to [Link](Mouse over link to see full location) all my problems had gone.

Try calling T-mobile
dial 611 from your cell phone and they will walk you through it.
Hope I helped.

Same phone much? lol.
And my phone did this once,
I just shut it off and then turned it back on.
You've probablytried that, but have you made sure it's fully charged?
It probably isn't bluetooth, cause I mess with that all the time and it dosen't screw my phone up.
So, if it continues to do this,
I'd either:
-look in the book it came with.
or
-take it to the store where you got it.
good luck! =]

Can you get into your inbox at all? Or is it just messages you can't get into?

Try deleting some of the older messages, or freeing up some memory, it's likely that you've used all the memory available and that's what's crashing the phone.

I'm not that familier with the type of phone you have, but it has worked on other models by samsung.
