While it does have a lot of vitamins, it also has sugar in it. But it's much better than soda. =]

There are 50 calories per serving.
And ther person above added correctly, you'd find that there are 125 per bottle, because there are 2.5 servings altogether.
Also, if the person above me had read the label, which I HAVE IN FRONT OF ME. She'd have a correct answer.

It's only around 50 calories or so & it can't be hurtful. It isn't "good" for you though. It would probably be much better to just drink regular water. Basically it won't hurt you, but it won't help you either.
