I like fairies (thus why I am wearing fairy wings in the picture). Good grammar rocks, too. It doesn't have to be perfect but I get frustrated when people completely disregard it. I like every color except pink. I hate the wind. Sometimes, I carry around a little teddy bear I found at an antique store. His name is Robert. I dress very eccentrically. It's not unusual for me to wear a prairie dress one day and a Mod dress (think Austin powers) the next. I don't dye my hair, or wear much make-up. I think it's sad that no one puts any emphasis on natural beauty anymore. I think it's a good thing to be open and educated about sex and other issues that are considered taboo. I have a hard time seeing where homophobics are coming from.

One day, lets just say "Bob", he wrote me a note saying 'hey, and somehow we got into a sexual conversation. He was asking me ?'s such as, who did you make out with and did you ever give head? Later that week, we started talking online alot. We started liking each other. While all this happening, he had a long term girlfriend, although they broke up about 9 or 10 times. If he talked to you like this while he had a girlfriend, what makes you think you'll be so special? What will stop him from talking dirty to a girl after he's in a relationship with you? I'm not saying people don't change, but he doesn't sound very trustworthy. I'd wait after I'd gone out with him a long time to do anything sexual with him.

What do colleges look for? If I started off my freshman year with grades of C's and lower, will colleges look at that too?

Colleges mostly look at your sophomore and junior year. They look at your freshman year, but if they see that you've improved a lot they won't care as much...unless you're applying to some crazy ivy league school. A transcript tells what classes you've taken, the grades you had in them, information on your shots, class rank, and other miscellaneous information about your high school career...
Colleges look at GPA, class rank, SAT or ACT scores, and sometimes extracirricular activities, depending on the school. Some also require that you write essays. A lot of public state schools will only look at the first three.
I like to study with music I like playing to keep me focused. Some people become distracted by it, but it makes studying less boring for me. I find I study the best at home. Public places just don't work. Good luck on your finals.

ok im 13 and a female. my period is three months late! its has been coming steady and iv had it since i was 11 so i shouldnt have missed it. It's normal when you're young to have irregular periods, but if you're so worried, see a female gynecologist or doctor. It's the only way you'll know, so you can either suck it up and try to wait for it to come or get over it and ask your mom to take you. You're obviously not pregnant and I don't know why your mom would say that if you've never had sex. Don't freak out so much, though. You're not dying. Doctors deal with stuff like this all the time. Be glad it's not the other way around and your period won't stop, because believe me, it sucks 1000 times more.

its actually quite simple
a while back i was dating this black kid ( and i saw black bc this was a main problem )and he was freidns with my brother, and so he was over my house often, and my mother knew him
we started going out, things progressed, and my mother found out, she said things like he just wanted to get in my pants, hes a street kid, he doesnt' get good grades, and alot more things, but even though my motehr said she wasn't racist i felt she was ( she also said that my rep could get ruined )

1. The pre frontal cortex of the brain (where rational thinking happens) is not completely developed in teen years, therefore they think they might be able to take the responsibility.
2. Maternal instinct starts kicking in after you become capable of having children, which starts in the early teen years.

When I was 13, I was incredibly obsessed with a famous musician. I think I had similar worries to yours. It's pretty normal at 13 to be like this, but it will probably get better. If you were stalking him, it would be a little different. But...everyone has their interests and hobbies, and though people might think being so into Eminem is weird, it's not so bad. Most likely, you'll always have at least a bit of a thing for him (as do I in my case) but it won't always stay an obsession, especially once you start dating regularly or get into a serious relationship.

I'm from Arizona and I'm 17. I think this is like anything else...it really depends on the guy. I know 16 year old guys who could care less if their girlfriends put out, but I also know guys older than 20 who care about nothing but screwing around and having sex. What someone looks for in a potential partner is going to differ with each person.

Im 98 pounds, but Im small, too. Im about 5'0. So thats normal right? But, I feel like I look overweight. For the love of god don't do it anymore! And try to convince yourself that you're not overweight. Do whatever you have to do to make yourself believe that, even if it means secretly comparing yourself to fat girls and acknowledging that they are actually the ones who are overweight. I know that sounds AWFUL but anything is better than being bulimic or having some type of eating disorder.

No. A guy having anal sex with another guy makes him no longer a virgin, so I would consider the same true if it was between a guy and a girl (assuming it was consensual, but that's a whole other topic). Having anal sex is so similar to having vaginal sex that mentally, I don't think the person would really be a virgin anymore. Sure, her hymen wouldn't be broken, but we all know (or should know) that a broken or intact hymen does not determine virginity.

I know a lot of us are pretty stupid, but I'm pretty sure the "no im not planning on getting an abortion" statement falls into the "no shit" category.
I'm not defending or condoning either side, these are just the facts as I see them.
From what I've heard, since I've never been pregnant, pregnancy can be very difficult and it wreaks total havoc with one's body. The woman is obligated to take care of herself so that the baby is not born with defects and it makes a woman have considerably less energy and a ton of other things. Some people just don't want to deal with that, or can't because of circumstances like their jobs. Selfish? Maybe, maybe not, but you can't judge because you are not that person and you will never know the whole situation or how it feels.
There are also a ton of other possibilities. Maybe it's a teenager whose dad will beat her if he finds out that she was ever pregnant and she's scared. Maybe someone would rather be rid of their baby than watch it be raised by someone else. It really all depends on the situation.
People have sex, and that is always how it is going to be. It's like anything else. I see people who drink excessively telling other people to consider the consequences of having sex, but then they turn around and do really stupid crap after they drink. Everyone does something at some point without considering that there are serious consequences. It does not make them a stupid or bad person, it makes them human. I can't explain why people do the things they do. It just happens, and no matter how much you like or dislike it, it will keep happening.

Here is my opinion, and if it offends you then feel free to give me a 1, since religion is a pretty personal topic.
Many times, religion is important to people because they need something to believe in in order to be happy. Sometimes, religion to me seems like the adult version of Santa Clause. They need to think that someone is watching down on them and that they are important, when really they are just 1 of billions of people who ultimately don't matter. Sorry if I'm getting overly cynical on you. You don't have to agree with me; I just get the impression sometimes that religion is this whole scam and people made up God, rather than God made up people.
On the other hand, some people were raised to believe something and it is ingrained into who they are. They see it as a very personal thing and use it to better themselves as a person. Sometimes, it's a combination of these two..
No one's forcing you to believe in anything, and if they are, then ask them how they would feel if you tried to convert them to atheism and see what marvelous answer they come up with. There's no justification for that; beliefs should not be shoved on others. Just do what makes you happy and if not being religious makes you happy, then that is up to you and for no one else to decide.

..Um, well... that's kind of something you might want to talk to a lawyer about. I don't suppose you'd expect a bunch of awkward teenagers speckled with some random adults here and there to really be able to help you. I'm sure you can't hold them down and force them to sign it. Still, there's likely a way to get out of a marriage without someone's consent, because like you can't force them to sign a paper, they can't force you to be married. Still, I wouldn't really know for sure.
