While this legally is considered sexual harassment, I don't think it's a good idea to sue him. (It would be a big bother and chances are he has no money anyway.) I think you should instead talk to your manager about the problem. Managers are supposed to take harassment complaints very seriously. The guy may end up being fired, and that will be the end of your problem.

Unless the harasser IS your manager. In which case you need to go higher than that. Talk to whoever is above your manager in that case.

You shouldn't have to put up with this kind of behavior. Not only is it wrong; it's against the law. Talk to your manager about what's been going on now, before anything else happens. Your manager should take steps to prevent this from happening again. If the manager won't take you seriously, visit the department of labor and explain to them what's going on.

This qualifies as sexual harrasment. You can sue him. However, if you don't want to do that just yet tell him to stop hitting on you. If he continues to do it I insist you tell tell the manger or sue him.

Next time he does anything you find appropriate, tell him that you don't want him doing it anymore. If he continues, tell him you'll tell you're manager, and if it comes down to it, that you'll sue him for sexual harassment. And don't hesitate to follow through on that either. Don't let it go on, or he might get the idea that he can push it farther.

I'm not for how big our country is on law suits but this is one time where I'll say, "sue the bastard!"...you shouldn't have to put up with that. Not only is he violating you, but you are also underage and and if he is over 18 you can get him for that most likely also.
