HELP! I Need help. Okay, well lately, (I just realizes 2 days ago) everyy time i urinate, this white thing comes out - NOT bubbles, its like a thing peice of tissue. Well to me this sounds like an infection. But nothing to worry about. I could be wrong but im pretty sure it is. My baby cusin had the same thing. she went to the doctors and he had gave her some prescription medication. So the best thing for you to do is to tell somebody older that you trust and make sure to go to the doctors.

I'm sorry to be the one who says this to you but acne isn't something you can cure in three days, or even a week for that matter. It takes some time in order for you to see full results. I personally use Proactive and i love it. But it's pretty pricey and you have to order it and that takes time! Since you have NO time i suggest you go and buy stridex day and night. It's the only product that i have gotton from a pharmacy that has worked.

My grandmother is a doctor so she knows alot about EVERYTHING lol so when i got sunburn on my face last week she made me wash my face with a face Scrub. Since we didn't have any at home she made a homemade one. If you don't have a scrub at home then you should try making one. This is what you need.
1 med. lemon - juice of
2 Tbls. finely ground almonds
1 Tbls. honey
and this is what you do.
-Combine all ingredients.
-Massage mixture into face and neck.
-Leave on for 5 minutes.
-Rinse off with warm water.
That should really help the peeling.
Then after your face drys put Cocoa Butter on it.

Yeah. You can buy Sleep Aids. Basically they are Soothing tape sounds
include ocean, rain, brook, heartbeat, soft sound outdoors and just about anything else.
But in the the meantime, here are a few things you can do to help yourself with your problem:
Reduce caffeine and sugar intake at night. Both act as stimulants, and the sugar can also make it difficult to get up in the morning.
Try using an alarm clock to remind you to GO to sleep. It is very important that you get enough sleep at night to get you through the next day.
Check your breathing. Remember to breathe. Deep breathing helps to relax your entire body and reduce muscle tension.

Don't worry about it. It won't hurt at all. If you don't insert it in the right way then you'll just feel discomfort. If that happens just replace it with another tampon and try again.

i hate myself i really do. when i look at myself i just want to end my life. i feel so ugly. and i have no friends. i never had a bf and no one ever liked me before. This girl was obvousily never your real friend. To me this girl sounds like a heartless bitch with
no common respect for people. But i don't blame her. I can see where she gets it. Like mother like daughter.

If you really like him as much as you say you do then talk to him about it. Being honest is the best way to go here. No your not asking him out your just letting him know your true feelings. If you don't do it now then you might never know how he feels about you. If your just going to wait for him to express his love to you then it might not ever happen because just like you, guys dont want to risk being rejected. If both of you don't say anything you might lose something both of you wanted. Then you could possible find out that he did in fact like you at one point in time but he moved on. That would suck.
